4 HIGHLIGHTS 05 JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. JPMorgan Chase & Co., a global financial services firm, is constructing its new regional operations campus in the Legacy business park. The $360 million campus will total over 1,000,000 square feet and will house over 4,800 employees. On the corner of Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121, the campus will be situated next to Liberty Mutual Insurance and Gaedeke s One Legacy West building. The company expects to start moving employees in the second half of Over time, we expect 6,000 employees to work at the new campus roughly half of our employee population in the Metroplex, JPMorgan Chase spokesman Greg Hassell said. Our new campus will make it easier for our employees to collaborate in providing outstanding service and solutions to customers and clients around the world. The 49-acre six-building office campus will feature large office buildings, parking garages and water features. 5 06 PL ANO, TEX AS PL ANO, TEX AS 07 FANNIE MAE Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association), a governmentsponsored financial services corporation, announced the consolidation of its three locations in North Texas into a new 10-story, 330,000-square-foot building in Granite Park. Currently being constructed, Fannie Mae plans to open its doors in late 2017, and will employ up to 2,000 employees. 6 08 09 COMPUCOM SYSTEMS COCA-COLA NORTH AMERICA CompuCom Systems, Inc., a technology infrastructure services company, relocated their operations to Legacy business park, located on 8383 Dominion Parkway. The company occupies over 92,000 square feet of office space and will house up to 200 employees. In business since 1987, CompuCom has over 11,000 employees globally. We believe that the new, modern office building with its open design concept and enhanced technology will provide us with a more efficient workspace to foster communication, collaboration and engagement with our associates, clients and other business partners, CompuCom Chief Marketing Officer Jonathan James said. The new office is in a convenient location for the majority of our commuting associates, as well as it provides convenient access from area airports for visiting clients and partners. Coca-Cola North America, a global beverage distributor, consolidated its Dallas-Fort Worth regional offices and relocated operations to Granite Park at 5800 Granite Parkway in December The company, leasing over 26,000 square feet, plans to move 100 employees to Granite Park One, which is currently undergoing lobby renovations.
