3 AREVA in the UK 30+ years of presence in the UK, partnering and providing services to the UK Nuclear Industry across the nuclear cycle from fuel supplies and reactor services to decommissioning and waste management 200+ employees operating from 15 offices and clients sites across the UK including an engineering arm in Warrington and a new office in Westlakes (Cumbria) to support the projects in the region p.3

Ltd 50/50 JV with URENCO Fuel supplies to Sizewell B NPP for 15+ years Reactors & Services activities: Outages and Services to Sizewell B NPP for 20+ years Partnering with EDF Energy to deliver the Hinkley Point C project (NSSS I&C Fuel) Back-End activities: AREVA is bringing its unique experience to help address Britain s nuclear legacy through 30+years of support to the Sellafield programme at Tier 1 and Tier 2 Recently awarded a framework agreement to support 15 of UK s decommissioning sites (Magnox Ltd sites, Dounreay, RWM Ltd and LLWR Ltd) Sizewell B NPP HPC project Decommissioning activities MOX fuel p.4

5 AREVA Convert Responsible management of the UK Pu stockpile AREVA Convert is based on proven technology and commercially available now, offering the quickest route to reduce proliferation risk and to turn the Pu liability into a benefit It can support the UK in tackling its energy challenges and meeting its environmental, safety and non-proliferation targets It can convert the UK s nuclear legacy into low carbon electricity generated through the planned UK fleet of new generation nuclear reactors It will contribute to West Cumbria CONE aspirations and the emerging Northern Powerhouse. Infrastructure, skilled workforce and supply chain already in place at Sellafield p.5
