12 Chapter Presidents and Sigma Officers and Committee Chairs All of the above need to sign a permission to have contact information placed on the Sigma website. Forms are available today for you to sign if you are a new chapter president or committee chair. An alternate name and contact should be given in your place if you do not want your contact information on the website.

14 Committee Chairs Please send me updates to your part of the website. Please send the file in whatever you created the file. You can also send it in a PDF, but I also need the created filed so I can make changes, if needed. Put the date at the bottom of the document.

15 Photo Release Permission Form When holding chapter events where non-members will be attending and photos will be taken, all should sign a Photo Release Permission Form. This form is available on the Sigma website.

16 How to Use a Fillable Form Many forms on the Sigma website are fillable. Wait for file to download Type in information Print the document Save the file Attach to an Contact me if you need assistance.

18 Member Sign In To access some of the parts of the DKG website you need to Sign In Click on the Sign In button in the upper right corner

20 Help with Signing In Call Society Headquarters Username is your six digit member ID that can be found on your membership card. Username is also on the back of your DKG NEWS but must remove the last number. Contact your chapter treasurer or chapter president for ID and password. Contact me (Barb Cody) by or Contact Us on the Sigma Website. Check Remember Me to keep the information.
