2 Orders What orders will be visible on Partner Now? All Cisco Direct Ship orders, regardless of how the order was placed, are available on Partner Now. After I place my order, when will it to be viewable on Partner Now? Once the order is placed in Ingram Micro s system, the PO number and Ingram Micro order number will be viewable. Until it is Booked with Cisco, the Cisco SO will show Pending. The Cisco SO number will be updated immediately upon being generated by Cisco. How far back can I search for orders? Searching for orders automatically includes orders placed in the last 18 months. What if I can t find my order on Partner Now? If you are unable to find your direct ship order and the order was recently placed, Ingram Micro may still be processing the order and it will appear soon. However, if your order was placed more than 24 hours ago and it is not appearing, contact your Ingram Micro Rep. Who do I contact if I have questions about my orders in Partner Now? For any Partner Now questions, please contact your Ingram Micro Rep. Is it possible to receive status notifications as my order is processed by Cisco? Yes, Partner Now has a subscription feature for order status notifications! When you are on the Order Details page, click on the Notifications icon and enter the address(es) for the recipients. updates will be sent once per day at 6:00 a.m. PST when the header status changes to Booked or Order in Progress and when the line level status change to Scheduled, Shipped, or when there is an Estimated Delivery Date change. Can I download, print, or the order information? Yes, use the available icons on the Order Details screen to download, print, or the order information. Download: There is an option to include/exclude order information like Serial Numbers, Contract Numbers, Tracking Numbers, etc. The Excel file will contain separate tabs based on your download selections. Print: This option will print the current screen. To print all lines on an order, ensure that the lines are expanded and viewable on the screen. To print tab information (e.g., Serial Numbers), select the tab and then the print option. Enter the intended recipients address(es). Separate multiple address using either a comma or semi-colon. The should be received shortly after clicking SEND.

3 What does Open or Closed status mean on the Dashboard and Order Search pages? Open status will show for orders that have not yet been fully invoiced. Closed status will show for orders that have been fully invoiced. Cisco order status by line can be seen in the order details page. How often is the status on an order updated on Partner Now? The information is real-time via our connection with Cisco and updated for each request. This is the same information your Ingram Micro Rep provides via CCW. What if I have product shipped from Ingram Micro inventory? For orders that ship from Ingram Micro, continue to access the details on the IMOnline order status page. On the Order Details page, what do the different line status entries mean? Booked: The product on the order has been accepted in the Cisco order management system. Scheduled: A ship date has been assigned and the item has been scheduled for manufacturing. Fulfillment in Progress: Order is in the fulfilment queue and we are working to meet your delivery request. At Logistics Center: Shipment is in Logistics center and is being prepared for transit to destination country gateway. Carrier Pickup Initiated: The shipment is ready to be picked up by the carrier for shipment to the customer. Shipped to Customer: The ship set has been tendered to the carrier who will deliver the ship set to the customer s ship-to location using the customer s requested shipping service level. In Transit to Gateway: The shipment has shipped from the Logistics Center but has not cleared customs into the destination country. Subscription Fulfillment: Subscription fulfillment is in-progress Invoiced: The order/line has completed the cycle and has been closed. Estimates/Quotes What opportunities am I able to Quote using Partner Now? Opportunities that include a Cisco Deviation (DART) and a valid Cisco Estimate can be quoted using Partner Now. Opportunities with standard pricing, educational pricing, or bundled discounts are on the product roadmap for future release. As always, you can contact your Ingram Micro Rep for assistance. Why do I need to sign in with Cisco to view my Estimates? Your Cisco CCW Estimates are not stored on any Ingram Micro system. By sync ing to CCW, you are providing consent for Ingram Micro to display your Estimate information so that you can generate a quote. To access the Cisco sign-in page, ensure that your browser is set to allow pop-ups.

4 Will I need to Sync to CCW every time I visit Partner Now? When you Sync to CCW, an encrypted token is created that enables you to access your Estimates. The token is active for 30 days. You will be prompted when you need to sign in again to access your Estimates. What if I need to use an alternate CCO ID to view different Estimates? Use the Sync to a different CCO link from either the Dashboard or estimate list page to log into a different CCW account. If you are currently logged into Cisco CCW in a different Window or Tab on the same browser, you may need to log out of CCW first. Can I access Estimates created by another user? Partner Now follows Cisco guidelines for sharing and viewing Estimates. Estimates that are Shared in CCW will be available to use for quoting. How do I know which CCO ID is currently logged in? Click on the Modify/Create Estimate button, this will take you to CCW, then click on My Account. If I update the Estimate in CCW, will the latest version be available in Partner Now? Yes, Estimates are updated real-time. Any changes made in CCW are visible in Partner Now upon refreshing the Estimate. Can an Estimate be modified or created in Partner Now? Estimates can only be created or modified in CCW. On the Estimate list page, use the convenient Create/Modify Estimate button to open a punchout to CCW from within Partner Now to modify or create an Estimate. Note that the CCW punchout should accommodate everything that you need to do, but it isn t as full-featured as Cisco CCW. Whether you use the punchout or Cisco CCW directly, your Estimate will update on Partner Now. Why is my DART not loading? To ensure success when loading a DART, enter the complete DART ID before clicking LOAD and make sure the DART is not expired or cancelled. What should I do if I see a mismatch when adding line item/config sets for my Quote? To resolve mismatches, either modify the Estimate or DART in CCW and then restart the Quote building process. The updated Estimate or DART will be available in Partner Now in near real time. Can I request a Quote if there are mismatches? Yes, however note that only lines where there are no mismatches will carry over to the next step of the Quote request process. What do the statuses for Quotes mean? Quotes have three statuses; View Quote, Ready to Order, and Closed.

5 View Quote: Ingram Micro is completing the necessary steps to prepare the quote for ordering. Ready to Order: All Ingram Micro backend processes have been completed. Contact your Ingram Micro Rep to complete the ordering process. Closed: A new DART version has been created, the DART is expired or cancelled, or an order has been placed using the Quote. On the Request Quote page, why can t I increase my quantity? When creating a Quote, the quantity value cannot exceed the quantity for that part number on the DART. The system validates the quantities entered against the supplied DART quantities. Is the system checking the DART for previous usage? The initial Quote process does not verify against previously consumed DART quantities. DART available quantities are verified during the backend processes as the Quote is moved from View Quote to Ready to Order. Can I view what has been consumed on a DART? Yes, access the Vendor Bid page on IM Online to view real-time DART information. What happens after I click Request Quote? There are many backend systems working to ensure that you receive an accurate Quote. This includes validating the Estimate with Cisco, checking for any changes on the DART, and beginning the backend processes to make this Quote orderable. If for some reason a Quote is taking several seconds to process, a message will appear indicating to check the Dashboard shortly. When a Quote is Ready to Order, a copy will be ed to the signedin user. Are there limitations to quoting SMARTnet maintenance via Partner Now? Full-year maintenance is available for quoting. Partial-year and 3-year SKUs are currently not available for quoting using Partner Now. Contact your Ingram Micro Rep for quoting partial-year and 3-year SKUs. Can I quote monthly annuity products using Partner Now? Currently, annuities are not available for quoting on Partner Now. Please contact your Ingram Micro Rep. Are bundles available for quoting? Bundled SKUs (single SKU with multiple products/quantities) can be quoted on Partner Now. Cisco discounted product bundles (a group of products each with separate discounted list prices from Cisco), cannot be quoted using Partner Now.

6 Why do some Estimates show the Date Modified as 01/01/0001? Shared Estimates will show the correct Date Created and Date Modified in the search results, but the Estimate Details page will show 01/01/0001. This is a known issue that is being addressed with Cisco.
