Create an Account or Login If you have already created an account, you will enter your e- mail and password. Then, select the Login button to continue.

1 Create an Account or Login If you have already created an account, you will enter your e- mail and password. Then, select the Login button to continue. If you have not yet created an account, please fill out the right hand side of the page (first name, last name, address, and desired password) and click Create Account Event Registration Instructions 1. First, you will select Start Application under the desired option available for registration. 2. Next, you will see a Welcome page and will need to click the Continue button. 3. At the top of the page it will show that you are now on step 1/5. You will want to select the people you want to register, whether that is yourself, or if you need to add a parent or a child. Add those individuals now. For children you will need to provide a date of birth and gender. 4. Place a checkmark next to each person that you intend to register for any camp. 5. You will then select a grade level (1-12 or adult) for each person you intend on registering. 6. Now, you are able to select the Continue button and move on to the next step.

You will then select the week of camp you would like to attend. Once selected, a description will drop down.

2 7. Next, it will bring you to step 2/5 where you will select which camp each person will be attending. As you will see there are 2 tabs available for my registration to the right, since I am registering 2 individuals. 8. You will then select the week of camp you would like to attend. Once selected, a description will drop down. You will want to select the Add to List button and then select your t-shirt size. 9. Once selected, you will see this added to your summary on the right side of the page.

10. Next, if you are registering a second individual for camp, you will want to select their tab. Repeat steps 8 and 9 to add that individual to the camp they wish to attend. 11.

Select the Continue button at the bottom of the page to move on to step 3/ Select each form and follow the prompts to submit. *Forms with an * must be completed before you can move on to the next step. -For each family, 1 household form will need to be completed. This gives us their general household information such as address, phone number, emergency contacts, etc. - The church information will also need to be filled out for each individual to ensure that we get everyone housed together. - For each student or adult volunteer a medical form must be completed. The adult/parent/guardian will just follow the prompts and answer all questions. - Adult Chaperones/Volunteers will need to complete an Adult Volunteer Screening form as well.

Once the forms with the * are completed it will allow you to move on to the next step by selecting the Continue button. *We understand that not all individuals will have the information handy necessary to complete the medical release form, so we do allow you to finish it at a later date. Any information entered will be saved for you to complete the form later. If a necessary form is not completed at the time of registration, reminders will be sent periodically. 14. Now you are on Step 4/5: Payment Options. This is where you will select how you will be paying. *If the church is paying for all students, each registrant can select Pay in full by check. The church will then need to send a check to 7805 State Road 39, Martinsville, IN with a list of names that the check is intended for. 15. Once payment type is selected, you will press the Continue button to bring you to the final step.

5 16. Step 5/5 is where you will Review and Pay. You see the summary of your registrations and the progress made on the forms for each registrant. 17. Select the Submit Application button. 18. The final page will show that your application has been submitted, you can either Return Home or Logout. *At any time, you are able to log back into your account and view your registration details. This is where you will be able to complete forms that have not already been completed and download a printable registration confirmation. *If changes to forms need to be made or if payment method needs to be changed from check to credit card, you can do so by calling me, Sarah Wickersham, at ext. 246.
