1 LCASD Online Registration System For Continuing Students

2 WELCOME! This guide is for Parents/Guardians of continuing students. You will need your Infinite Campus Portal user account to complete this process. If you do not have an account, you may request one here: If you have forgotten your user account information, please call your school office at the number listed below. 3 Before you get started... this process works best when using a desktop or laptop computer. Mobile devices are not recommended. If you need assistance with this process, please contact our District Registrar at , ext

4 Log into your Portal Account and find the Online Registration link in the menu on the left.

5 You will be taken to the Infinite Campus Online Registration page. Select the correct Registration Year and click Begin Registration.

6 You will need to type your name in the box as an electronic certification. Click Submit when ready. Take note of your Application Number in case you need to save and return to your application.

7 Click Begin to start the student online registration process.

8 You will notice a progress row across the top. Each section contains multiple tabs used to verify information. Please note: The system will not allow you to skip or move ahead sections if required information is missing. Begin by verifying your Primary Phone number and contact preferences. Click Next when ready.

9 Continue through all of the fields in the Student Primary Household section. When finished, click Save/Continue to go to the next section.

10 Verify all Parent/Guardian information. If a name appears in YELLOW, that person is missing required information. Select Edit/Review to review and make changes.

11 Continue verifying information in all of the fields of the Parent/Guardian section. Click Next when ready. You will need to repeat this process for ALL parents/guardians. When finished, click Save/Continue to go to the next section.

12 At least one Emergency Contact is required. Do NOT enter a parent or guardian as an emergency contact. Continue through all of the fields in the Emergency Contact section. When finished, click Save/Continue to go to the next section.

13 Please use the Others in Household section to enter any children in your household who are not attending LCASD (birth to age 21). When finished, click Save/Continue to go to the next section.

14 The final section is the Student section. Here you will verify the following: Demographics Race/Ethnicity Program Participation Relationships to Contacts Health Information Release Agreements You will need to complete this section for EACH STUDENT. Click Next when ready.

15 Verify all Student information. If a name appears in YELLOW, that person is missing required information. Select Edit/Review to review and make changes.

16 Continue through all of the fields in the Student section. You will need to repeat this section for any additional students. When finished, click Save/Continue to move to the Completed section.

17 You can review all of the information you have entered by clicking on a section, or by selecting the Application Summary PDF. Once you have verified that all information is correct, click the red SUBMIT button on the Completed page.

18 Registration Complete! Thank you! You have now completed the online registration process for CONTINUING families. You will receive an shortly confirming receipt of your registration. After office personnel has had a chance to review your application, you will receive another regarding the application s approval. Payment of fees can be made online through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, or in the form of cash at the school site.
