2 New Prices Renewal of Licenses: 9/1/2010 8/31/2011 List prices for GTW (includes GoToMeeting) $99 per month up to 100 attendees $399 per month up to 500 attendees $499 per month up to 1000 attendees Per Citrix our best price for GTW will be 20% off list Licenses may be renewed at the current rate - $35 per month All service that a license currently has will continue upon renewal Chapters that pay for all 12 months of the GTM license upfront will receive a $5 monthly discount Annual GTM license fee: $360 (12 months at $30) Renewal process will start in June, and Home Office must receive notification of renewal of licenses by 7/31/2010 Contract Information Contract Information (continued) Our contract with Citrix will continue indefinitely unless: BetterInvesting provides Citrix with written notice of cancellation Citrix Online terminates the Agreement for cause o Customer accesses and/or uses the Services in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of Section 1 From Section 1 of Contract Customer may access and use the online applications (GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar) for the sole purpose of conducting online Meetings and Webinars between Named Authorized Users and their respective invited attendees. "Named Authorized Users" shall mean the Customer-designated individuals (i.e., employees, contractors, consultants, etc.) whom may access the Services in accordance with this Agreement. Purchase of a license provides access to services by one single Named Authorized User. 2

3 What Does This Mean? Citrix must NOT have cause to terminate this agreement Named Authorized User MUST be a single individual No sharing credentials Generic s are OK for the Named Authorized User but must be accessed by one person only Reminder Named Authorized User Can Pass Off a Meeting Named Authorized User must START each GTM or GTW Once the meeting is started, one or more attendees may be promoted to be organizers of the meeting Once other Organizers have bee promoted, the Named Authorized User may leave the meeting Note: Another meeting or webinar cannot be started with the same license until the first is ended One meeting or webinar at a time per license Two Ways to Change Named Authorized User Current Named Authorized User can change /password on existing account at any time Scheduled meetings and webinars remain on account Meeting and webinar history is maintained Upon request Home Office can change the Named Authorized User on the account Any meetings or webinars previously scheduled under the old name will not be available All previous meeting and webinar history will be lost Going Forward Currently evaluating BetterInvesting s needs for GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar, and we will be adding licenses to our account before the end of the month (next week) BIVA Board is adding licenses to ensure that each Region Manager has a dedicated license Chapters without a license that wish to run a special online event can work with their Region Manager to schedule Chapters that want to add license next year can get on a list to pick up any licenses that are let go (not renewed) by other chapters 3

Questions 128 characters. Answers 60 characters. Keep it reasonable Don t ask if you re not going act! Registration Question Options Poll Question Types Required vs. Optional Check Box for common items Credit Card & SSN prohibited Can be open-ended or single-answer Single Answer or Multiple Answer Consider using as an survey alternative for webinars with same attendees

7 Survey Question Types Designing Questions Limit open-ended questions when you have a large audience. Yes/No answers are easy to tally Multiple answers can make tallying results more complicated. Can you gather more information with more choices?
