Connector Handpiece Tubing Water (Green) Extension Tubing warning Disconnect power, shut off air and water before performing this procedure. Connector Bracket Hole Pressure Sensor Air (White) Drive Air (Clear) Step 1: Inspect parts. A) Ensure parts are correct and undamaged. Equipment Alert Ensure adequate tubing/wiring lengths before finalizing. Step 2: Install connector to wiring. A) Route handpiece tubing/wiring through bracket hole. 4 Step 5: Install Bien Air unit to bracket. A) Route grey Bien Air unit wire through harness. B) Install unit to bracket using two screws. C) Connect harness to module back. D) Install cover over harness connection. Bracket Screw Locations Harness English-4

5 Step 6: Connect converter wiring. A) Place PC Board and relay board in the brackets using stand offs B) Add extensions to converter wires as needed (refer to final placement as shown). C) Secure wiring in connectors as needed. D) Remove existing wires from terminal strip then install both existing wires and new wires in terminal strip. 6 Step 7: Connect handpiece tubing to each kink valve. A) Connect extension tubing to kink valve as shown. B) Connect clear tubing to T-fitting. C) Connect tubing from PC board to T-fitting. 7 Step 8: Connect handpiece wiring to motor 1 port. A) Route wiring as needed. B) Add snap-in suppressor core to wire group. C) Secure wiring in connectors. 9 Step 10: Connect main harness (PCB/relay board end). A) Route wiring as needed. B) Secure wiring in connectors. C) Connect harness wiring from PCB to relay board as shown. A) Route wires through PC Board opening. B) Install cover to secure PC Board. C) Secure wires with cable ties. 10 Step 12: Install converter, PC Board, and relay box. A) Install velcro strips to side and bottom of each component and secure to control panel as shown. PC Board Relay Board Converter English-10

Step 13: Complete wire routing. A) Secure loose wiring in delivery unit housing by looping wires and using cable ties. B) Install all previously removed cable ties on wire harness/sleeve.

Use loop through existing cable tie to secure loose wiring Step 14: Connect power and verify operation. A) Connect chair to power supply. B) Follow these numbered general instructions to reset module while viewing the screen (refer to the Bien Air manual as needed). 1. Press the left, right and ESC buttons simulateneously during power up until screen menu appears. 2. Select Setup then press the OK button. 3. Press the down arrow button three times and the left arrow button two times to select 2 motors. 4. After entering the proper inputs, confirm by selecting Save. C) Test handpiece operation.
