1 Page 1 of 5 Go to your hotel s website and click on the gift voucher link. A new window will open onto your gift voucher website (XXX.skchase.com) Select the Login link. Located at both the bottom of the page or top right Enter your username and password Select the Admin button at top right of homepage (next to Login button) Click on Catalogue Manager Select your hotel from the sellers list and click Manage Catalogue NB: If you are part of a group of hotels and would like to copy a voucher from one catalogue into another (between sellers) when selecting which catalogues to manage (above) click on one hotel from the seller s list, hold down the CTRL button and select another seller(s). Then select Manage Catalogue. The vouchers for the multiple hotels will be available to view and copy between. Copying a Gift Voucher into a different Category If you would like to create a gift voucher that is similar to another voucher you have already created you can use the Copy Voucher function enquiries@skchase.com

(If on a Mac Computer please press control and click) Click on Copy Voucher Enter: o Category: The category that you would like this voucher to feature in (select from the drop down list) o New Name: The voucher name enquiries@skchase.com

3 o New URL Name: URL name Page 3 of 5 If copying voucher into different seller, select new seller here Click on the copy button Click on the Refresh button located on the left, above the list of categories Expand the category you have saved your copied voucher in and Click on your new voucher from the voucher list Make any necessary amendments; Image, price, descriptions etc. See How to create a gift voucher procedure for more information Ensure you tick the Active and Show on Seller Site boxes if you want this voucher to be live straight away on your web site Click Save Voucher If your Gift Voucher site is a Folder Site (contact SK Chase if unsure) your voucher will now be appearing on your site. If your Gift Voucher site is a Single Site or Group Site, there are an additional few steps so please see Marketing Help Document 14. 4 Moving a Gift Voucher into a different Category Page 4 of 5 You can move a voucher to another category if the voucher has been created in the wrong category or you feel that it no longer belongs in that particular category. Click on the voucher to be moved De-activate the voucher (remove the tick from the Active box) and click Save Voucher Click on the Refresh button Click on the voucher you want to move and drag and drop it into the new category you want it to be moved to If you click on Refresh again you will be able to see the voucher has now been moved to the new category If your Gift Voucher site is a Single Site or Group Site, there are an additional few steps so please see Marketing Help Document 14. 5 Page 5 of 5 Deleting a Gift Voucher or Category You are only able to delete gift vouchers or categories if they are not live on your site. Therefore you need to de-activate the category / gift voucher first To de-activate select the category / gift voucher, untick the Active and Show on Seller Site boxes and click Save Voucher / Category Click on Delete Voucher or Delete Category button Click on Confirm Delete Voucher / Category button You will receive a message confirming that the voucher / category has been deleted successfully Click on the Refresh button and the voucher / category will no longer be showing in the list enquiries@skchase.com
