Creating your RBdigital account New users if you have never used the RBdigital or Zinio for Libraries apps before, you will need to create a free account on the RBdigital site before you can log in.

1 RBdigital eaudiobooks App user guide With RBdigital you can browse, checkout and download eaudiobooks and emagazines all in the one app. eaudiobooks are available for a two week loan with one renewal, and you can borrow up to ten eaudiobooks at a time. Creating your RBdigital account New users if you have never used the RBdigital or Zinio for Libraries apps before, you will need to create a free account on the RBdigital site before you can log in. Existing users if you have previously used RBdigital or Zinio to read emagazines, you will still need to register on the RBdigital site to activate the eaudiobook content. You must use your existing address and password to access emagazines and eaudiobooks under the one login. To create your account: 1. Open a web browser and go to 2. Click on Register at the top of the page 3. Fill in the required information to create your account Downloading the RBdigital app You can find links to install the RBdigital app along the bottom of the RBdigital website at or simply search within your device s Play Store or App Store. Signing in to the RBdigital app Open the RBdigital app on your device. When logging in for the first time, use the following options: 1. Choose your country - select Australia from the list 2. Login with your address or library barcode number and tap Next 3. Enter your password and tap Next November

Browse the catalogue, checkout and download 1. The home screen shows a selection of the Audiobooks and Magazines in our collection. Tap View All to view more titles.

You can scroll down or tap the page number at the top of the screen to advance to more titles. Alternatively, tap the Search icon at the top right of screen to search by keyword, title, author or narrator. November

Tapping on Details will show you the duration of the audiobook. Tap Checkout to borrow the book. Once checkout is complete, tap Play to listen to your audiobook.

4 You can also use the Sort by option to further sort titles or tap on Filter to sort the collection by Genre, Availability and Audience. Note: Selecting Available will only show those titles that are available for loan at the present time. 2. Tap on a book s cover to view more information about that title. Tapping on Details will show you the duration of the audiobook. Tap Checkout to borrow the book. Once checkout is complete, tap Play to listen to your audiobook. Note: The title will be downloading in the background as you listen, therefore you must maintain your internet connection until it is complete. Once all chapters of the title have been successfully downloaded, you can listen to your audiobook without Wi-Fi. November

Listening to an eaudiobook Opening an eaudiobook that you ve checked out and downloaded will provide playback controls to play, pause, and skip forwards/backwards.

The Sleep Timer function will automatically stop playing after a set interval.

You can access different chapters by tapping on Chapter List. Closing the book will retain your listening progress, but you can also add additional bookmarks by tapping the Bookmark icon. Deleting an Audiobook To delete an eaudiobook from your device tap the Menu icon at the top left of the home screen and tap Checked Out to view your current loans. Tap the X in the top right corner of the title you wish to delete. This will also return it to the collection for another customer to borrow. November

Renewing an Audiobook On your Checked Out screen, tap on the cover of the title you wish to renew. Tap the Renew button to renew the title for another 14 day loan period.

Your title will automatically be deleted after this loan period expires unless you manually return the item prior to the expiry date. Using the RBdigital app to read emagazines Now that you have the RBdigital app and have successfully downloaded eaudiobooks, you can also use it to download and read emagazines.
