This guide will walk you through the set up process and get you started checking out audiobooks. Step 1: Create a OneClick Digital Account Go to Hover your mouse over the orange BOOKS/ MATERIALS tab. Click on the Create New Account button, in the upper right hand corner. You will need your library card number and PIN (usually the last four digits of your phone number).

Step 2: Download & Install the OneClick Digital Media Manager When you are logged into your OneClick Digital account you will see your name in the upper right hand corner of the page. After installation is complete open up the Media Manager application.

On an Apple computer, you will be redirected to the App Store to download the Media Manager. After installation is complete open up the Media Manager application. Log in to the application with your new OneClick Digital account; note that you are not logging in with your library card number and PIN. Now you are ready to check out audiobooks! Return to the OneClick Digital website. MA 03/13 3

Step 3: Account Management & Checking Out The OneClick Digital website is organized and navigated using tabs. The Home tab highlights newly-added, featured, and popular material.

The Advanced Search tab allows you to search for specific titles or browse by different categories. To return or renew items, click on the My Collections tab. You can also view your holds and check-out history here. MA 03/13 4

5 Click on the My Account tab to change your password, preferences, or device settings. Once you have found a book you would like to check out, select the number of days you want to borrow it and then hit the Checkout Now button. Sometimes all the copies of a particular title are checked out. When this happens, instead of a Checkout Now button you we see a Hold button. If you put a hold on a OneClick audiobook you will receive an when the book is available to check out. MA 03/13 5

If your book does not immediately show up in your Check outs window, hit the refresh button at the top of the screen. Plug in the device that you wish to transfer the audiobook to via a USB cord.

6 Step 4: Media Manger & Transfer Return to the OneClick Digital Media Manager application that you downloaded onto your computer. The Media Manager allows you to renew or return audiobooks, and view your holds, checkout history, and wish list. You can also listen to audiobooks on your computer in the Media Manager. If your book does not immediately show up in your Check outs window, hit the refresh button at the top of the screen. Plug in the device that you wish to transfer the audiobook to via a USB cord. Click on the Download and Transfer button for the book that you would like to download. The Media Manager application will detect your device and start the download and transfer procedure. If you are using an Apple device, itunes will open to complete the transfer to your ipod. MA 03/13 6
