2 What is the ACN2Go Europe ipad Application? The ACN2Go Europe ipad App delivers an in-depth look at the company and its products. The App allows you to share the ACN opportunity with your prospects from anywhere and everywhere! Available to ACN IBO s who are subscribed to Your Business Assistant.

3 The App is available in the following languages: Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Portuguese. When accessing ACN2Go Europe for the first time, click on New User? Register Now. Enter your ACN Business ID and address. Use your ACN Business ID and password to log into ACN2Go Europe. Be patient! ACN2Go Europe will take a few minutes to download all the content.

4 Further information on how to download the App The App ACN2Go Europe is only available to IBO s who are Your Business Assistant subscribers. To download the App you will need an itunes account. To download the App directly to your ipad: from your device go to the App Store, search for the ACN App and download it directly to your ipad. From your itunes account download the App on to your computer. Then sync your ipad to your computer and the App will be placed on your device. You must either have a 3G ipad or a Wi-Fi connection to download the App. Once downloaded, you will be able to access the App offline for 30 days. After 30 days you will need to log into ACN2Go Europe and download the material again to your ipad.

5 How do I sync ACN2Go Europe to my ipad? Once you have downloaded the App to your itunes account on your computer, plug your ipad into your computer s USB port. In the left column of itunes, click on your ipad s name in the device category. From there, click the Sync button in the lower right hand corner. NOTE! This only applies when downloading from your computer. You can also download the App directly from your ipad device.

6 What is my login and password? When accessing ACN2Go Europe for the first time, click on New User? Register Now. Enter your ACN Business ID and address. Please use the Primary Address as stated within the Preferences section on IBO Back Office. A password will be sent to your address.

7 Further information I am a Your Business Assistant subscriber, can I download the App? The ACN2Go Europe App is available for all IBO s who are subscribers to Your Business Assistant tool. What if my temporary password was not sent to my address? Visit My Business section of IBO Back Office and click on My Website, and from the top right table under Access ACN2GO Europe click on Get Password to immediately retrieve your temporary password. How do I change my password or what if I forget my password? Visit My Website section, from the top right hand table under Access ACN2GO Europe click on Reset Password to change your password. Here you will be able to create a new password for ACN2Go Europe.

8 Further information Why did I get a Timed Out message when I tried to download the App? Whilst downloading ACN2Go Europe, you must have the accurate date and time set on your ipad device or you will get a Timed Out message. After you set up the App, you should be able to enjoy ACN2Go Europe App freely without experiencing this problem again. Will ACN2Go Europe work on my Black Berry or iphone? No, at this time ACN2Go Europe only works with the ipad. When I launch ACN2Go Europe, it tells me I have no Internet connection. Check your network settings. Make sure that you are not in Airplane Mode. Also check to make sure that you have 3G enable or Wi-Fi access enabled.

9 Further information When I subscribe to Your Business Assistant, how soon before I can access ACN2Go Europe? It will take up to 24 hours for you to be able to access ACN2Go Europe. You can download the App immediately, but you will not be able to log in for about 24 hours. Can I view Downline Reporting (DLR)? Yes, you can access this information by clicking on the Downline Reporting button from the main screen. View your entire organisation, generate report, monitor commissions and qualifications and watch your business grow in real time! I downloaded a video and it will not play the entire way through The video may not have fully downloaded. Press and hold the selected video image. This will give you an option to delete it. Delete the video and download it again.
