6 Add Content Selected contact appears on top left & denotes who package is for. Add content by tapping on menu items below Menu bar with buttons appears. Tap on Note button to add note.

8 Note Added After content has been added, Add content by tapping on menu items below changes to Tap to edit CarePackage contents. Send Tap to edit contents Send button appears after contact has been assigned and contents added. Note icon appears inside CarePackage. f

9 Add Photo Send Tap to edit contents Tap on Photo button to add photo.

10 Pick or Snap a New Photo Photo API is launched. Would you like to CarePackage this image? YES NO Pick photo from photo library. Or snap a new photo.

17 Edit or Send CarePackage By tapping on Tap to edit contents, app navigates to Edit CarePackage Contents screen. Send Tap to edit contents Tap to send CarePackage. App navigates to Send Confirmation Dialog. Facebook icon appears inside CarePackage.

18 Edit Contents Done CarePackage contents can be edited. Edit CarePackage Contents note 1 Edit photo 1 Edit video 1 Edit By tapping on Edit, app navigates to corresponding note, photo, video or FB feed to edit. facebook feed Edit Menu bar disappears.
