3 Accssing th Grant Sit 1. To start an Application To ntr th sit, ntr pubcharitylimitd-nz.baanalysr.com/pc/start in th addrss bar (top of pag) of your wb browsr. W will b using Chrom for this guid. Sit xampl: Wlcom pag 1. Onc you hav rachd th wlcom pag, plas do th following dpndnt on whthr you ar a nw applicant, or whthr you hav mad an application via this wbsit bfor. (a) If you hav mad an application via this wbsit bfor, plas click Login, and thus procd immdiatly to th stp titld Start your application (b) If you ar a nw applicant, plas click Rgistr Now. 3 P a g

4 Logging in To Pub Charity If you ar not a nw usr, and you wish to log in to your alrady xisiting Pub Chartiy Limitd Account, plas complt th following stps; (a) Click on login A (b) Entr your mail addrss and password into th appropriat filds, followd by clicking on th login button. B (c) If you hav forgotton your password, plas click on Forgot password, and ntr your mail addrss into th appropriat fild, followd by clicking on rst password. 6 Organisation Rgistration 1. Bfor bing abl to procd, you will nd to fill out th appropriat filds as thy ar rquird as part of th application procss. 2. For th rgistrd charity, incorporatd socity, and GST rgistrd qustions, plas click on th appropriat buttons for ths qustions. (a) For xampl, If you ar not a rgistrd charity, you would click on th no dot as shown in th scrnshot. (b) For xampl, If you ar GST rgistrd you would click ys, and ntr your GST numbr into th fild that displays, as shown via th scrnshot 4. 9 Stp 1 Confirm Organisation Dtails 1. In this stp, you ar simply confirming dtails of prviously ntrd information, by making sur thy ar corrct. If thy ar not corrct alrady, thn you nd to corrct thm. 2. If th postal addrss is diffrnt from th strt addrss, plas untick th box, and ntr th appropriat information. 3. You ar askd if your organisation has bn affiliatd to a rgional or a national association. If you slct ys, plas stat to whom your affiliatd to. 3. Additionally, you ar askd how long your organisation has bn stablishd for. To answr this qustion, plas click on th arrow in th rspctiv fild to populat th possibl answrs. 4. It is important to not, that you must upload your Organisation s Crtificat of incorporation, th Rsolution for this application, th Organisation s Accounts (auditd if availabl) and th Organisation s Bank Account Dposit Slip as ths ar mandatory. 2. Whn ntring th projct cost, you simply hav to put th cost of th ntir projct/activity. 3. Whn ntring th rqustd amount, you simply hav to put in th amount you ar sking to b grantd by Pub Charity Limitd. Plas not, that this must match th figurs apparing undrnath th grids. 8. You ar rquird to confirm that no funds bing sought hav alrady bn spnt by you. Print it off and complt it and thn rupload it hr. 11. To b abl to submit th application, plas crtify that th information providd in this application is corrct to th bst of your knowldg, that you hav th authority to mak this application on bhalf of th organisation and that you consnt to audit and Privacy Act dclarations.
