2 1. How do I sign in and what does Available Now and My Library mean? Look for the Sign in (top right), tap on it, and enter your and password.

3 The screen shows what editions you have Available Now to download (they are not downloaded yet) and will refresh automatically (you cannot delete them). This includes all six regional editions and latest magazines (Report on Business Magazine and Style Advisor). Once you download an edition, it will appear in your My Library. Tap See all > to view all editions Available Now and My Library.

4 2. How do I download an edition to read offline? To download an edition, tap on the edition you want to download in Available Now. In the example below, the Metro edition is selected.

5 You will see the edition screen. Tap on Open to download and view the edition. You can also turn Auto Delivery on (swipe right) to automatically download an edition every morning.

6 The edition is now available for viewing. Use the < arrow to go back to what's Available Now and My Library.

7 You will see the downloaded edition is now in My Library.

8 3. How do I download an archived edition? If you want to download an edition up to 7 days prior, tap on the date to view the calendar.

9 In calendar view, tap on a date, then tap on Open to download the edition. Use the < arrow to go back to what's Available Now and My Library.

10 4. How do I read an edition? You can read in portrait or landscape mode just change the rotation of ipad and make sure you unlock it (you can re-lock it after). You can browse from page to page by swiping left, or you can browse faster by tapping anywhere on the screen to bring up the section menu (at the bottom) and then tap on the sections (FRONT PAGE, NEWS, OPINION, REPORT ON BUSINESS...) to jump from section to section.

12 5. How do I read two pages at a time? Tap on the three dots (top right) to select single or two page view.

14 6. How do I read a single story as text only? Tap on any (blue) headline to view the text.

15 Tap on the three dots (top right) to adjust the font or listen to audio. You can browse from page to page by swiping, or you can browse faster by tapping on the section menu (at the bottom) and then tap on the section (FRONT PAGE, NEWS, OPINION, REPORT ON BUSINESS...) to jump from section to section. You can also change font size, listen to each article, or translate.

16 7. How do I print a page or screen, or story text? To print a page or screen, tap on the three dots (top right) and select print page or screen.

17 To print story text, tap on the [ ] square box with an arrow (below the headline) and a menu will appear, then select Print.

18 8. How do I a story, copy its link, or share it to Facebook, Twitter, Evernote? Tap on the [ ] square box with an arrow (below the headline) and a menu will appear, then select Share and you will see the list of options.

20 9. How do I delete one or more editions in My Library? To delete one edition, tap and hold onto an edition in My Library. Then tap on the red garbage can (top mid-left).

21 To delete multiple editions, tap and hold onto an edition in My Library then let go of that edition and select other editions. Then tap on the red garbage can (top mid-left).

22 To delete all editions, tap and hold onto an edition in My Library then let go of that edition and tap on the four squares (top left). Then tap on the red garbage can (top mid-left).

23 To unselect an edition or editions, tap on the Done (top right).

24 10. How do I set how many editions are archived in My Library? You can select how many editions to archive in My Library by tapping the hamburger icon (top left) then Settings > General.

26 The default is "Never" but you can select as little as 3 issues (editions). You can also contact us with feedback on this screen. Once selected, tap the hamburger icon (top left) to return to your editions Available Now.

27 11. How can I change the reading experience? You can change your reading experience by tapping the hamburger icon (top left) then Settings > Reading. Once selected, tap the hamburger icon (top left) to return to your editions Available Now.

28 12. How do I access my account and what can I change? You can tap on your name (top right) to access your My Account.

29 You can only view your information on the app. If you have free access because of your newspaper subscription, ignore the Expiration Date as it will change monthly with your newspaper billing cycle.

30 To change information such as your address and billing information, you need to go to the Globe2Go Web site (preferably on a desktop or laptop) at Sign in and go to My Services > My Account (top right).

31 13. How do I navigate from screen to screen and contact The Globe? Use the hamburger icon (top left) to change settings, the < arrow to go back to the previous screen. Swipe left or right to move from screen to screen.
