1 New Features The new CBA site features a number of improvements over the previous incarnation of the site: Optimized Work Stream: Features, functions and activities of the site have been centralized into core feature areas One area for search, one area for listing management, one area for account settings and so on. Increased accessibility to primary content: Core content and features are now much more accessible. No more clicking 5 times to view search results and reports. Search Enter Address, Neighborhood, Zip, City 1) Enter any address, neighborhood, zip, or city into the text box below the Search commercial Listings banner Pick Filters After any address, neighborhood, zip, or city into the text box users can choose appropriate filter to get accurate search results. Distance, For Lease/Sale, Price, Property Status, Property type are the default filters. By clicking any of these filters a dropdown menu will appear giving additional options including check boxes, text boxes and radio buttons.

Distance The Distance filter will limit the listings search radius to a set distance. Choices include: 1 Mile, 5 miles, 10 Miles, 25 miles and Custom.

Choices include Listing Price: Min/Max and Price Per Sq/ft; Min/Max. 1) Click the Price filter Dropdown menu 2) Type in a Minimum and/or Maximum Listing Price 3) Type in a Minimum and/or Maximum Price Per Sq/ft 4) Click SEARCH Property Type The Property type filer will limit the listings search to only a certain type of property. Multiple checkboxes can be selected. Choices include: Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family, Land, Hotel/Motel, Farm/Ranch, Mobile Home Park, and High Tech-Flex. 1) Click the Property Type filter Filter by Category window Filter by Category window allows users to limit search results to a very specific property type. Once a property type is selected a subtype can be selected from the right menu. Current number of selections are listed on the bottom left corner. Select All will check all of the items in the subtype menu Deselect All will uncheck all of the items to the subtype menu Clear All Selections with uncheck all of the items in the Filter by Category window Closing the Filter by Category window with will keep selections 1) Select the appropriate check boxes in the left sidebar 2) By selecting certain property types a subtype menu will give additional choices to select from 3) Click DONE 4) Click SEARCH Property Status The Property Status filter will limit the listings search to only a certain listing status. Multiple checkboxes can be selected. Choices include: Available, Back on Market, Changed, Expired, hold, Leased, New, Pending, Sold, Temp off, Withdrawn, Zap, Vacant, Occupied. 1) Click the Property Status filter Dropdown menu 2) Select the appropriate check boxes 3) Click SEARCH GO TO MAP The GO TO MAP button will go directly to the Google Map of Washington. 1) Click GO TO MAP

3 Advanced ADVANCED FILTERS The ADVANCED button is for very specific filters to add to the Listings Search. Choices include: Market Areas, Sq/ft Limitations, Date, Keyword Search, Agent/Office, Construction and More Price Options. 1) Click ADVANCED Dropdown menu 2) Select appropriate category from the list 3) New filter will appear next to the other filters below the Search Commercial Listings banner. 4) To remove advanced filter, Click 5) Click SEARCH Results Search Results The Results page consist of all the listings on the left side of the page along with a graphical map on the right. The Results can also be viewed in Full Screen by clicking on the expand button. The Results by default are listed Low to High. Sort order can be changed by clicking on the drop down menu and selecting another method. To remove listings from the search results click on the To show/hide the removed listings select the checkbox. Clicking on the listing address will open up the listings detailed information page.

Polygon Search While searching for a listing, you can limit your search to a custom area using the Polygon tool. Up to 10 custom polygons can be used.

4 Polygon Search While searching for a listing, you can limit your search to a custom area using the Polygon tool. Up to 10 custom polygons can be used. 1) Click The Polygon tool button 2) Click on the map to make end points of the Polygon. (Do not click on hold) 3) Select Update Search button to only show the listings inside your custom polygon To add additional polygons, simply click on the polygon tool, and begin making additional end points Click Update Search You can save a polygon for future use. 1) Click on any endpoint of the polygon you would like to save 2) Select Save Polygon 3) Type in a unique name for polygon and click save Load a Previously saved Polygon 1) Select Load Saved Polygon 2) Click the saved polygon you would like to load Saved Search After entering information into the search fields, you can save that search for future use, without having to enter that information in again. 1) From the Search results page click on Save 2) Enter a unique name into the Search name window 3) Click Save Loading a Saved Search 1) From the Homepage Click Saved Searchs 2) Select from list of previous saved searchs 3) Click Search

5 Create a Report Create Report From the Search Results page you can create listing reports 1) From the Search Results page select CREATE Report 2) Select the appropriate type of report from the list 3) Fill in information in the text fields including Title and Client Name 4) Select the type of sort, file format and where to save the report 5) Select For Brokers or For Clients Selecting For Brokers allows the options to include Property Information, All Member & Public Comments, Building Owners and Agent Information. Selecting For Clients allows the options to include Basic Property Information and All public Comments. 6) Select Save, or Download to create the report Add Lease Listing Add Lease Listing The Add Lease Listing button allows for creation of a new Listing. New listings will appear on My Active Listings. 1) Select My Listings 2) On the bottom click the Add Lease Listing button Browse Buildings / Properties window 3) Enter building information into the appropriate fields 4) Click CREATE LISTING Add Sale Listing Add Sale Listing The Add Sale Listing button allows for creation of a new Listing. If you have eligible listings, you can start the broadcast process by check marking the listings you wish to promote and then clicking the Request a Broadcast link on the right side of your property listing. Please note that you can promote multiple for-lease listings within one building in a single broadcast . Become a Featured Property To sign-up for CBA s Featured Property, please first read the listing requirements for featuring a property. After you have reviewed the requirements and pricing, fill out the order form then the completed form to cba@epdaz.com or fax the completed form to CBA at Confirmation will be sent via . Hotlist Hot Sheets allow to receive notifications of listings matching your search criteria that have come on the market during the last day. 1) Listings2Go a link to your personal listing inventory or the listing inventory for your office. 1) Type in the Address of the person you would like to receive your listings link. 2) Select the typer of report you would like to send. 3) Click Report.
