Mechanics The axes receive motion by means of recirculating ball screw or acme screws according to the selected combination. Axes movement is made by motors with position encoder. Working tables MDF table with possibility of clamping by inserting self tapping screws for wood of suitable length max 20mm beyond the thickness of the working piece. Aluminium table with 8 14mm grooves with mechanical clamping with proper plates standad supplied Electric plant and software SOFTWARE: ARTCAM EXPRESS In ArtCAM Express it is possible to create vector graphics thanks to the drawing tools and the enclosed drawings or importing the vectors from the major graphic formats. The software also allows to realize 3D machinings using the hundreds of 3D enclosed models or importing the three dimensional geometries from a file. ArtCAM Express can import most of 2D formats among which bmp, jpeg, tiff, ai, gif, dwg, dxf and imports 3D triangle formats such as, for example, the Stl format. The V Bit instrument allows to get extraordinary 3D notch engravings starting from a 2D text or a vector drawing. ArtCAM exploits the taper of the tool to create an efficient 3D toolpath at center line as well as at variable depth. Wizard Intarsi, this CAM guided function allows to easily make perfect inlays. The software will consider the radius of the tools used to allow a perfect matching of the geometries. Perfect to make machinings of 3D models or clipart, ArtCAM comes with a "machining Wizard" to make quick and easy use of CAM 3D trimming and finishing with different machining technologies. The simulation of the tool path allows to preview how the processing in the machine will be performed.

3 ISONS ISO NS, is a strong and versatile software, which controls directly the CN. Thanks to the 3D preview, it is possible to see the processing before it is performed, thus anticipating possible errors of programming and piece encumber. No limit to the memory of the program (it is used the RAM of the PC) and to the number of the programs available (it is used the hard disk of the PC). Extended programming with cycles FOR NEXT, LOOP, IF, mathematical functions, unlimited handling of variables, jumps to label, processing of sub programs resident in hard disk, complex M functions, machining restart from BLOCCO and RETRACE. ISO NS calculates the best speed on the profile, thus ensuring always the best times to optimize the working cycle, reducing the speed in the critical points. Electro spindle ELECTRIC PLANT Electric box according to current standards with numerical control Promax NGQ, suitable to drive machines up to 3 axes with linear, circular, quick linear interpolation (sections connector from cam). Connected to a PC through RS232 with ISONS. PLC cycle on board. Possibility of USB connection through serial converter bus/usb. Electro spindle HF 0,75Kw 1HP rpm, collets ER20, possibility to have up to 2,2KW rpm.
