D, (Staff No: 34789), Trivandrum SSA, may be reverted back to his parent cadre on , in order to relieve him to Assam Circle. The above arrangement is purely on temporary and on local officiating basis for a period not exceeding 179 days to meet the urgent developmental and operational works and provisional. The officers who are already in the upgraded scale as per the Time Bound Upgradation Policy will have no benefit in their pay and allowances and hence the restriction under FR 35 will not be applicable to them. The local officiating promotion is to be effected within a period of 20 days and if not taken up the assignment within 20 days, it will be presumed that the officer has declined the local officiating promotion and will be debarred from further local officiating promotion for a period of one year

9 Before relieving the officer for officiating promotion, it should be ensured that there is no disciplinary/vigilance case is pending against him and no punishment is current. It may be ensured that the station tenure as per BSNL Corporate Office, ND letter No. 3-1/2002-Restg(Pt-II) dated is followed while posting the officer. The posting within the SSA/Unit may be made by the Head of SSA/Unit in such a manner that drawal of Daily Allowance is completely eliminated as per the new Transfer/promotion policy of the Corporation. If necessary, choice stations may be called for effecting transfer in the parent cadre to the station of posting as officiating DE. In case of officer posted in the same SSA, the station tenure prescribed as per guidelines scheduled be adhered to. Charge reports may be furnished to all concerned. Compliance Report may be forwarded to the under signed immediately for further necessary action.
