1 Norton Security Deluxe ( 5 Device) Trial ware Download and Installation Guide

2 The First Primary Download has to be on your PC/Laptop with Windows or Mac Operating System. Choose the relevant Trialware Link ( Windows or Mac) depending upon your operating system. You can add 4 more devices ie PC s/laptops or Smartphones ( Android/iOS )

3 Download starts Click on Save File Norton Security.exe file will be downloaded and saved in your computer s default Download folder

4 Norton Security Downloaded Find the Norton Security.exe file under Download folder Double click on the file to start installation.

5 Installation Installation Widget will start. Click on Agree & Install to agree Norton license agreement and proceed with Installation process.

6 Install flow ->Did you know Installation is in progress

7 Pre-Activation UI- Activation Required Message Installation is completed. After installation, user has to activate the premium trail 60 days by click on Activate Now.

8 Sign In Page- Part of Activation process To activate Norton Security, Norton account is required. User can use existing Norton account to sign in and activate. Click on Create a Norton account if you don t have a Norton account.

9 Sign Up Page- Part of Activation process Enter valid id, password and other required details to signup for a Norton Account. Click on Sign up to complete the sign up process.

10 Activation Flow- Activating the Product After Norton account Sign in/sign up, Activation will start

11 Product Tour- Post Activation At this stage user has completed Product download, installation and activation. This is the product welcome screen with product tour option to help user understand various options on Product.

12 Post Activation Main UI- In Active State Norton Security main User Interface after activation Subscription days is displayed at the product footer area

16 Main UI -> More Norton-> Add Device Norton Security Deluxe can add 4 more devices(windows, mac, Android and ios) Add Device option under More Norton pillar will guide you in setup Norton security on other devices.

17 Add Device-> Send download link Go to Install on other device. Type e- mail id s on which you want to send the download links. Download/see the through the device on which you want to install the Norton Security. Click on the link provided in the mail sent and follow the download process.

18 Add Device-> Download on same device Click on Agree & Download to download Norton Security on the same device.

19 Device Management portal webpage User can manage all the devices with Norton Security on the Norton Management Portal. Management Portal Url:

20 Check subscription status

21 Trial Warning Alert This is an Subscription warning alert and showed to user during the last 9 days before the trial days expired. User can renew now to buy the 1 year subscription of this product. Remaining trial days will be added with the 1 year subscription.

22 Trial Expired Product UI when Trial days finished User has to click on Subscribe Now and Buy a Full subscription of the Product to use the Product further.

23 Trial Expired Alert Subscription Expired Alerts will be showed to user with Renew Now option. Click on Renew Now to buy the full subscription.

24 Renewal Page This is Renew/Subscription wizard start after user click on Renew Now/Subscribe now Link form product Alerts. Click on Subscribe to process further to renew the subscription.

25 Renew-Redirects to Cart You will be redirected to Norton Cart page with the Norton Security Deluxe product subscription for 1 year. Click on Extend for 1 year.

26 Billing And Payment Click on Continue

27 Billing And Payment Follow on screen instruction to complete payment. Payment confirmation will be showed on completion

28 Billing And Payment Follow on screen instruction to fill Billing information. Click on Next.

29 Billing And Payment Review the information and click on Agree and Place Your order to complete the product renew.

30 Confirmation Page Payment confirmation Page,which confirms the Renewal completed.

31 Main UI-After Renewed Product main UI after Renewed Subscription days can be checked by viewing Help-> subscription status option.
