The first hour or diagnostic and any mileage rates are NON-REFUNDABLE. Our mileage rates for 2017 are 0.89 per mile. Rates do not include any hardware, software, cabling or equipment that maybe required. Diagnosis is additional and is performed on all computers to verify the problem and determine whether any replacement parts or software is required. We take a $140 deposit or a deposit equal to the amount of the estimated job if the amount is over $140, when you schedule for a tech to visit your home or office. WARRANTY: 15-day money back guarantee on all work performed, if we cannot fix the issue or problem.
