4 1 Insight People have an emotional attachment to their phones, acting as an access point to their social networks. Our product should make customers feel secure that they will always have access to their phones and their usage will never be threatened. 4
5 2 Insight Insight Customers usage varies throughout the billing cycle, leaving them wondering if they will exceed their limit. Our product should give customers autonomy over their data usage, and protect them from overage fees. 5
