4 TESASTAR MANUA PROBE HEADS The TESASTAR probing system line represents the latest evolution in probing technology for coordinate measuring. It is a broad array of standard equipment precisely designed and built to achieve fast and accurate measurement. TESASTAR Probe Head Articulated probe head which can be manually rotated to an infinite number of non repeatable angular positions. The built-in compact touch-trigger probe features a user adjustable trigger force. It uses a M8 threaded connection which allows to mount touch trigger probes/extensions with M8 thread. In combination with TESASTAR-mp probes the TESASTAR-i M8 probe head is compatible with the TESASTAR-pr module changing rack. This probe head features a TESASTAR Kinematic Joint (TKJ) which is a multiwire connection allowing the support of multiple types of sensors. The TKJ can be changed manually or automatically with the TESASTAR-r probe changer without the need for requalification. TESASTAR-m is available in 2 different versions with a 5 indexing increment and A axis offset capable of 3,024 positions or industry standard 7.5 indexing increment capable of 720 positions. It allows the automatic change of TESASTAR-mp modules without the need for requalification after each change. It is available in two different heights. 36 HEXAGON METROOGY SENSORS CMM-Ve Sensor CMM-Ve cameras are designed to be a general purpose image analysis tool for enhancing the measurement capabilities of a CMM. It provides oblique overhead illumination of the feature being inspected.cmm-ve cameras are very versatile and have many potential applications for the CMM user.
