7 1/19 Device Alive Updates After closing on 1/18: All Android devices will need to have the existing Device Alive app DELETED This is NOT an update to the existing app Following the deletion of the existing Device Alive app from every Android phone, stores will need to then LOAD THE NEW version of Device Alive from Play Store 1. Ensure the phone/tablet is connected to the internet (live SIM or Wi-Fi) 2. Load the new Device Alive application 3. Enter your store s CinglePoint ID when prompted as part of the setup Detailed instructions will be posted to ipog Estimated time required is 90 minutes 7

Requested Action: Ensure S7 Edge in VR unit isconnected to Wi-Fi or LTE and has Retail Demo Mode

Note: You MUST have the Samsung Galaxy S7Edge installed in your VR for the experience to work.

Requested Action: Ensure S7 Edge in VR unit isconnected to Wi-Fi or LTE and has Retail Demo Mode installed. Support: If Retail Demo Mode is not installed, follow instructions in link below.
