9 4/6 Reset Items Device Alive updates Old (pre 01/19/2018) Device Alive app to be discontinued on 04/09/2018 Many locations still have NOT completed the process of removing the old Device Alive on 1/19 & replacing with the new app There are THOUSANDS of devices running on the old app which will be discontinued on 4/9/2018 Old Device Alive must be REMOVED, cannot just download new and have both present on the device. Please complete this process from 1/19 ASAP. Instructions in ipog On 4/9 : devices that have not yet been moved to the new Device Alive will have a generic globe appear in place of the Device Alive attract loop with a message underneath in smaller print that states: the current version of Device Alive has been discontinued- please follow ipog instructions to remove this version and download the new There is a fix to an issue with Device Alive on Axon M Simple update instructions are provided in ipog 9
