1 Indicative fees for students commencing a course in These fees are estimates only for students enrolling in government funded courses in 2019 on a full time basis. 2. The indicative fees for a course may differ between training providers due to the units they have included in the course outline. These differences generally result from adapting courses to meet local industry needs, the actual cost of a course will also vary if different electives are chosen by the student. 3. s and annual course fee caps may also apply to some courses. Fee caps are only shown on the basis that all units are commenced in Fee caps apply to some tuition fees only View more information on: View more information on: Future Skills fees 4. For secondary school aged persons (in 2019, students born on or after 1 July 2001 who are at least 15 years old) undertaking training that is not part of a VET in Schools program, the maximum course fee chargeable in 2019 is $420 plus the resource fees and discretionary fees. 5. have been quoted on the basis of 2019 fee rates only. These are expected to change in Loan caps will apply to all eligible VET Student Loan () courses. The capped amount is the maximum Commonwealth loan a student will be able to apply for that particular course. If a student s course fees are higher than that amount, the student will be required to pay for the variance themselves at enrolment. Other than for specified exceptions, in 2019 there will be three loan cap bands of $5171, $10342 and $ ($77571 exception for 2 courses) irrespective of whether the course is being delivered face-to-face, online, or via mixed delivery modes. Students should be prepared to pay for a variance for courses that are ticked in " " column on the table below. If a course is not ticked, then the typical course is not expected to exceed capping. View more information on: VET Student Loans 7. Other charges may apply. 8. In some instances the fees for a course may contain units from the next lower level, if you have already completed those units in the lower level, your fees will be less. 9. In some instances a course may allow direct entry, but have required units that are included in the next lower level which are not included in the displayed fees. If you have not already completed those units in the lower level, your fees will be higher. as at 08/02/2018 Course 2019 Standard and Charges Course Course + Course VIC Certificate IV in Cyber Security 2 Priority Industry Training $ $2, $ $2, $1, VIC Advanced Diploma of Cyber Security 2 Diploma and Above $ $5, $5, $6, $6, P $10, VIC Certificate I in General Education for Adults 1 Foundation Skills $ $90.30 $90.30 $ $ VIC Certificate II in General Education for Adults 1 Foundation Skills $ $76.65 $76.65 $ $ VIC Certificate III in General Education for Adults 1 Foundation Skills $ $67.20 $67.20 $ $ VIC Certificate I in General Education for Adults (Introductory) 1 Foundation Skills $79.00 $82.95 $82.95 $ $ WA Diploma of Marine Studies TBA Diploma and Above $ $4, $4, $5, $5, P $10, WA-AA40 Certificate II in Plumbing (Plumbing Pre-Apprenticeship) 1 General Industry Training $ $1, $ $1, $ WA Certificate IV in Health Science Foundations 2 Priority Industry Training $ $ $ $1, $ WA Diploma of Engineering (Oil and Gas) 2 Diploma and Above $ $4, $4, $5, $5, P $15, WA Course in Gaining Access to Training and Employment (GATE) (Introductory) 1 Foundation Skills $94.00 $67.20 $67.20 $ $ WA Certificate I in Gaining Access to Training and Employment (GATE) 1 Foundation Skills $ $71.40 $71.40 $ $ WA Certificate I in Wider Opportunities for Work (WOW) 1 Foundation Skills $ $84.84 $84.84 $ $ WA Certificate I in New Opportunities for Women (NOW) 1 Foundation Skills $ $65.10 $65.10 $ $ WA Certificate IV in Landscape Design 1 General Industry Training $ $2, $ $3, $1, WA Certificate I in Leadership 1 Foundation Skills $ $69.30 $69.30 $ $ WA Certificate II in Leadership 1 Foundation Skills $ $66.15 $66.15 $ $ WA Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring 1 General Industry Training $ $1, $ $1, $ WA Advanced Diploma of Engineering (Oil and Gas) 2 Diploma and Above $ $3, $3, $4, $4, P $15, WA Certificate III in Aviation (Support Services and Operations) TBA General Industry Training $ $2, $ $3, $1, WA Certificate II in Building and Construction (Pathway - Trades) 1 General Industry Training $ $1, $ $1, $ WA-AB25 Certificate II in Building and Construction (Pathway - Trades) (Brick and Block Laying Pre-Apprenticeship) 1 General Industry Training $ $1, $ $1, $ WA-AB26 Certificate II in Building and Construction (Pathway - Trades) (Solid Plastering Pre-Apprenticeship) 1 General Industry Training $ $1, $ $1, $ WA-AB27 Certificate II in Building and Construction (Pathway - Trades) (Wall and Ceiling Lining Pre-Apprenticeship) 1 General Industry Training $ $1, $ $1, $ WA-AB28 Certificate II in Building and Construction (Pathway - Trades) (Wall and Floor Tiling Pre-Apprenticeship) 1 General Industry Training $ $1, $ $1, $ WA-AB29 Certificate II in Building and Construction (Pathway - Trades) (Painting and Decorating Pre-Apprenticeship) 1 General Industry Training $ $1, $ $1, $ WA-AB31 Certificate II in Building and Construction (Pathway - Trades) (Carpentry and Joinery Pre-Apprenticeship) 1 General Industry Training $ $1, $ $1, $ WA Certificate II in Building and Construction (Pathway - Para Professional) TBA General Industry Training $ $2, $ $2, $ WA Certificate IV in Preparation for Health and Nursing Studies 1 Priority Industry Training $ $ $ $1, $ ACM10117 Certificate I in Animal Studies TBA General Industry Training $85.00 $ $ $ $ ACM20117 Certificate II in Animal Studies 1 General Industry Training $ $1, $ $2, $ ACM20117 Certificate II in Animal Studies A/T Apprenticship/Traineeship $ $ $ $1, $ ACM30417 Certificate III in Companion Animal Services 3 General Industry Training $ $3, $1, $4, $1, ACM30617 Certificate III in Pet Grooming 2 General Industry Training $ $4, $1, $4, $2, ACM30617 Certificate III in Pet Grooming A/T Apprenticship/Traineeship $ $2, $ $3, $1, ACM40317 Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services TBA General Industry Training $ $4, $1, $4, $1, ACM40412 Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing 2 Priority Industry Training $ $3, $ $4, $1, ACM40412 Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing A/T Apprenticship/Traineeship $ $3, $ $4, $1, ACM40617 Certificate IV in Pet Styling TBA General Industry Training $ $4, $1, $5, $2, Estimated fees only. will vary according to the electives you enrol in
