5 Total-System-Solution YASKAWA Academy 05 All training courses under one roof. Total System Solutions Against this background, YASKAWA presented an approach of Total System Solutions in the fall of 0. Modular combined products and software packages from the divisions Drives & Motion, Robotics and VIPA complemented each other thereby to achieve technically uniform solutions from a single source. Such a bandwidth from visualization including controlling to drive technology and robotics is unprecedented. The integration of automation and control technology in integrated system architectures receives special focus. Corresponding system solutions are available for automation tasks of all sizes. Technically unified automation solutions from one source offer advantages in planning, construction, commissioning, control and operation compared with conventional combinations. The prerequisite, however, is a broad and diversified portfolio that includes products and software of the visualization including control to drive technology and robotics. The YASKAWA Academy implements this requirement with the Total System Solutions concept. The YASKAWA Academy offers an extensive network of training institutions across Europe. In addition to training at locations in Germany, we can arrange globally for a place for you to study in almost all countries. 41 Mobile Cell YASKAWA Academy 4 Training in motion Our Mobile Training Cell. To participate in training sessions outside the YASKAWA Academy, we conceptualized this training cell with the same quality. It is important to us, that, taking into consideration the safety procedures, a less complicated and faster assembly at the construction site is accomplished. The training cell is easy to move, fits through normal door width and can thus be used in almost every classroom. Apart from electricity, no other media are needed, since the gripper system consists of magnetic grippers. The controls are integrated and meet our training standards. All necessary consumables, such as tools and equipment will be supplied. You will be surprised to see how quickly you can perform the first movements of the robot after delivery. For details on shipping and scheduling availability, please inquire at the YASKAWA Academy. The trend towards flexible manufacturing, i.e. handling of robots, has grown into a decisive economic factor. Apart from purely technical problems, particularly elements of ecology have led to new insights. Subsequently, it is not the goal of automation any more to completely replace humans by technology, but rather to teach employees new skills and competences. WIFI OÖ as early as already 988 grappled with this task and started with seminars in the field of robotics. Today, the WIFI in Linz is just one of many certified training centres for YASKAWA. We're always keen on behalf of our customers to keep the technical equipment on the latest level. WIFI-students thus enrol to acquire future-oriented competences and qualifications for YASKAWA robot technologies. Doz. Ing. Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. Gerhard Michlbauer EUR Ing. WIFI OÖ GmbH Head of Robot Competence Centre
