They may be combined with the following connection heads AG0, AU0 both without window, AH0, AV0, both with window, and Sitrans TF. The enclosures types AG0, AH0, AU0, AV0 und TF of the temperature sensors, series TS 500 have to be connected by means of suitable cable entry fittings or conduit systems, which meet the requirements of EN , sections 13.1 and 13.2, and for which a separate examination certificate has been issued. 2. Cable entry fittings (conduit threads) and sealing plugs of simple design must not be used in the transmitter and receiver enclosures. 3. Any openings in the transmitter and receiver enclosures that are not used must be closed as specified in EN , section The connecting lead of enclosures types AG0, AH0, AU0, AV0 und TF of the temperature sensors, series TS 500, must be installed to provide for permanent wiring and adequate protection against damage. 5. If the temperature at entry fittings should exceed 70 C, the connecting cables used have to be of the temperature-resistant type. 6. If connection is made in the potentially explosive area, the connecting cable (unconnected cable end) of the enclosures types AG0, AH0, AU0, AV0 und TF of the temperature sensors, series TS 500, must be connected in an enclosure that meets the requirements of an approved type of protection as specified in EN , section 1. Notes to this effect must accompany each device in an adequate form. Components attached or installed (terminal compartments, bushings, cable entry fittings, connectors) must be of a technical standard that complies with the specifications on the CoC as a minimum, and a separate examination certificate must have been issued for them. The operating conditions specified in the component certificates must be followed.
