4 TEST REPORT No. GT July 22, 2018 Glenair, Inc Air Way, Glendale, California, Tel: (818) Fax: (818) ABSTRACT Glenair, Inc. conducted Sine Vibration & Mechanical Shock tests on two samples of SuperSeal HDMI design Series to determine if they meet the Sine Vibration and Mechanical Shock requirements outlined under the Test Parameters next page. Test sample 1 (S1) passed both 20G Sine vibration and 300G Mechanical Shock tests. Test sample 2 (S2) passed 300G Mechanical Shock test in all 3 axes and 20G Sine vibration in the Y & Z axes but showed discontinuity in the X-axis after 2 hours. Monitor discontinuity greater than 1 microsecond during vibration test. 2. Mechanical Vibration Per EIA C, 300g & 3ms Shock in all 3 axes, 3 shocks per direction for a total of 18 shocks 3. Contact Resistance Change from initial value: 30 milliohms maximum. 4. HDMI Signal Check Check for HDMI signal (4K (60 Hz)) using HDMI signal generator. 5. Visual Inspection Visually inspect test samples before and after each tests with naked eyes and / or a suitable vision or lighting equipment. Inspection to include identification, appearance, marking, surface finish and shielding sleeve bonding. GT Rev. - Page 4
