2 The Hyperoptic installation About Hyperoptic Founded in 2011, Hyperoptic is the UK s largest 1Gb fibre provider offering our own broadband infrastructure to residential developments. We are on target to offer our service in over 500,000 premises nationwide in the coming year. Hyperoptic sets new standards as an ISP, providing broadband and telephony services to residential and commercial properties. The fastest available speeds in the UK of 1Gb (1,000Mb) is offered as to resident as standard, alongside our competitive 20Mb and 100Mb speeds. Hyperoptic also offer customers flexibility by providing residents the choice between, Broadband and Phone, Broadband Only and No Contract packages. The company has won many peer sponsored awards for their service including 'Best Superfast Broadband' provider for four consecutive years since Scope of Works The following information outlines a proposal to provide residents at Hall Place 1Gig internet service through the installation of fibre optic via a series of switches and cable solution, routed through the buildings to each individual apartment. This document includes a proposal of how the installation would be completed within the buildings. Hyperoptic will deliver a fibre connection from the local telephone exchange directly to our cabinet within your block. As multiple cabinets are required, Hyperoptic will build a fibre optic cable backbone (spine) to support a number of other cabinets to ensure all residents can receive service. When the cable is to pass through an area that has been fire sealed, a sufficient sized hole will be made which will be resealed with a fully approved product, which has been specially developed to meet the fire performance requirements and ensure the integrity of the building. Hyperoptic commit to ensuring that all Passive Fire Stopping undertaken on a site will be carried out by fully trained operatives using the correct products and techniques. All Operatives will be fully trained in the techniques of Passive Fire Stopping and, instructed on the full use of Intumescent products in accordance with the manufactures data sheets. Operatives will be supported and advised by their accredited Installer who will provide a level of supervision. Internal periodic audits will be carried out by the accredited installer to ensure that standards are being maintained.

3 Below outlines the cabinet location for each tower (DP refers to our Cabinets). Each cabinet will be connected via a fibre spine utilizing existing ducts onsite. This will include the service utility risers, existing containment, ceiling voids and tray work.

4 Blocks Edward House, Churchfield House, Campbell House and 1-10 Philip Court are of the same type and will require abseil from the ground floor cab upwards. Blocks Hethpool House, Crompton House, Cuthbert House and Philip Court will require core drilling through all the stairwells above the electrical cupboards and then fit 2 inch Galvanised trunking straight up the stairwells to all floors then cabling will be clipped at high level outside each flat following existing cable routes. Braithwaite Tower and Hall Tower are identical and the cabling will be routed externally following the existing IRS routes All cabling on blocks John Aird will require abseil this includes all fibres to cabinets.
