1 Amendment #4 to the STRATUS MASTER CHANNEL PARTNER AGREEMENT ( Agreement ) Number dated July 8, 2014 This amendment ( Amendment #4 ) is made as of August 29, 2017 (the Amendment #4 Effective Date) by and between Stratus Technologies Hong Kong, Ltd. ( Stratus ) and Shanghai Hite Control Systems Co., Ltd. ( Partner ) Whereas Stratus and Partner wish to modify the distribution arrangement related to certain Stratus ftserver products, the Agreement is amended as follows. The parties hereby agree that a new Exhibit F is added as Exhibit F Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Exhibit F, Stratus and Partner agree to incorporate the following Products into this Agreement. Stratus ftserver 2800 Series Server ( Minimum ftserver Low-End Server ). Stratus ftserver 4800 Series Server ( Minimum ftserver Mid-Range Server ). A. Purchase of Minimum ftserver Low-End Server, Minimum ftserver Mid-Range Server and their associated Service Contracts. Partner hereby agrees that this agreement shall constitute a binding, noncancellable commitment to purchase not less than a combination of 130 Minimum ftserver Low-End Servers and Minimum ftserver Mid-Range Servers, and 130 associated annual Service Contracts pursuant to the terms of this Agreement # and the Stratus Technologies China Partner Service Agreement #IRE respectively and that Partner shall accept and pay invoices issued by Stratus as herein provided. Partner also agrees to accept delivery of such Minimum ftserver Low-End Server and Minimum and ftserver Mid-Range Server products and as set forth in the table (Table 1) below. If Partner fails to take delivery of the Cumulative Minimum Number of applicable Minimum ftserver Low-End Server Products and/or those Minimum ftserver Mid-Range Server Products and their associated Service Contracts two (2) weeks before the end of each quarterly period, Stratus shall promptly deliver to Partner the applicable Minimum ftserver Low-End Server Products and/or those Minimum ftserver Mid-Range Server Products and associated invoices prior to the end of each quarterly period, and Partner shall pay the associated invoice.

Notwithstanding the defined term Service Period in the Stratus Technologies China Partner Service Agreement #IRE220507, Stratus and Partner agree that the Service Period for each Minimum ftserver Low-End Service Product shall begin upon the earlier of (i) Product D. Notwithstanding the defined term Service Period in the Stratus Technologies China Partner Service Agreement #IRE220507, Stratus and Partner agree that the Service Period for each Minimum ftserver Mid-Range Service Product shall begin upon the earlier of (i) Product H. New ftserver Models 2810 and 4810 During the term of this Amendment Partner may substitute ftserver Model 2810 for the Minimum ftserver Low-End Server and may substitute ftserver Model 4810 for the Minimum ftserver Mid- Range Server. The substituted configurations and prices are listed below: 1. 6 Service Agreement #IRE220507, Stratus and Partner agree that the Service Period for each Minimum ftserver Mid-Range Service Product shall begin upon the earlier of (i) Product O. Additions to Minimum ftserver Mid-Range Server Configuration. Additions to any Minimum ftserver Mid-Range Server Configuration is allowed for the following parts. Such additions are for the quantities and prices (in USD) listed below. M GB DDR4 DIMM , Such additions must be configured with the Minimum ftserver Mid-Range Server at time of order P. Payment Terms. Payment terms related to invoices for Minimum ftserver Low-End and Minimum ftserver Mid-Range server products and shall be 60 days from date of invoice. The Chinese version of this Amendment 4 was translated from the English version of Amendment 4. If there are any questions/issues regarding Amendment 4, the parties will refer to the English version for resolution. --End of Exhibit F Except as set forth above all other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
