18 HVS Study Armory Findings Lack of space to satisfy modest amount of demand for large banquets and events Market lacks facilities that are ideal to accommodate conferences and meetings that may require multiple spaces of various sizes Introduction of new Holiday Inn Express should remedy lack of supply Armory Event Center would attract a modest amount of new visitors to the market Armory event center on its own would not support the development of a new downtown hotel; however additional induced demand from RR HOF would support the development of a small hotel in Downtown
