19 New Projects 18 The Security Police has simplified its services with ID cards New Projects The Security Police was the first organization, which integrated ID Cards in its services. The mentioned project started in October ID Cards became the alternative to the specialprotection codes existing in the objects protected with the technical means. The Security Police is oriented to modern and innovative services. Its services are becoming more and more simplified and available to customers according to international standards. Travel calmly leave the keys to SPD In the year 2011 SPD introduced new services for customers' additional safety the consumers can leave keys of protected objects in SPD offices. The key is sealed in special envelopes and the customer can calmly travel out of the city or abroad his house, villa or office will be safe. This service is free. SECURITY POLICE

20 19 SPD Actions For the Best Future June International Children's Protection Day SPD division staff congratulated 200 children of the kindergarten N91 with presents. September Tbilisi division staff congratulated PataraMegobrebi with the start of study year SPD presented modern apparatus for animation films as it was requested by the administration. Summer SPD has held the exhibition of paintings SPD protects me. Competition was held in to tours and the participants were the children of all Georgian SPD staff (of the ages 5-12 years). 3 best paintings were chosen from 30. All the participants of the mentioned competition where awarded with special Diplomas. The best ones were exhibited in the administration building of SPD. SECURITY POLICE

21 20 SPD Actions For the Best Future Friendship day with SPD in Mtatsminda Park \ In the year 2011 SPD presented the small-scaled model of Safe House. SPD staff handed out informational leaflets to the visitors. Promo-Actions Informational leaflets about SPD services permanently were distributed in hypermarket GOODWILL during several months. The leaflets about SPD New Year Action have been distributed on Tbilisi central crossroad. SECURITY POLICE

22 SPD Actions 21 Charity SPD has distributed beds and other first necessity things to the approximately 150 orphans. SPD staff donated blood absolutely for free twice to the Bank of Blood as donors. This action was aimed to help the patients of Iashvili Central Children's clinic Bank of Blood assistance Transfer right of life - give the blood! In the years thousands of SPD staff became the donors. SECURITY POLICE

23 22 Trainings and professional study SPD staff is permanently trained for the higher qualification and service improvement. The year 2011 from this point of view was differed with more activity. SPD Officers of diplomatic representation have undergone retraining. During the training the officers except the general program were trained in international conventions and diplomatic activities. In the year 2011 the employees of SPD different divisions were trained in tactical courses of arrest and professional skills. The Embassy of France has organized the mentioned training. 24 23 Trainings and professional study February Information Department Staff has been retrained in Effective communication services and Sales. April Approachto integrated marketing communications in public organizations (one week training). December about 100 employees of SPD have been trained in Effective Communications and Sales special two-week course was held in Police Academy Base. The purpose of retraining of SPD staff was the effective communication with consumers and improvement of service quality. SECURITY POLICE

25 Sports and healthy lifestyle 24 In the year 2011 SPD staff has participated in the local and international sport competitionsand with significant success. In Georgian FUTSALI League season, SPD team DPD has successfully participated in mini football and took place in four best. This tournament was held with the assistance of SPD. May SPD mini football team DPD became the owner of the prize in honor of Georgian Sportsman NodarKumaritashvili tragically died during winter Olympic games. During this year team DPD became the champion and vice champion in internal championship. October DPD has been awarded to one more internal charity tournament prize. The teams of Credo, Knauf, veterans of Dinamo, Parliament and PSP also participated in the mentioned tournament, money was spent on the development of Georgian football. SECURITY POLICE

26 25 September SPD staff has held the Funny Starts Competition in support of healthy lifestyle. The winners symbolically were awarded with the prize. May The famous Georgian footballer VitaliDaraselia Tournament has been held in mini football. 12 teams participated in the mentioned championship. SPD team DPD was among four best teams. October The team of Ministry of Internal Affairs has been awarded the title of European Championship. Approximately 40 teams from 20 countries participated in the mini football championship. Several divisions of SPD defended dignity of Georgia with MIA team. In the fourth quarter Georgian Law enforcements won to Russian team with great priority. MIA Team won to Litva team and won the title of European Championship. November Staff of MIA on World Championship in triathlon that took place in USA gained three gold medals. SPD employ SandroPeikrishvili successfully participated in tournament and became the World Champion. Georgian Team took the first place in the team naming. SECURITY POLICE

27 Communication 26 From November 2011 information-emergency phone number of the Security Police has been changed and except 025 became 125. To deal with the Security Police only short numbers must be dialed from any point of Georgia during 24 hours is free. The Security Police information department is in service of citizens already three years. According to the data of the year 2011 information department has answered calls. 28 Aims and objectives of the year The Security Police continues improving its services, introduction of new services, different social activities, marketing innovations and development in 2012 also. New projects are planned to be worked out (SMS, SOS Code, natural gas and fire detector services, etc.) For the support to small scale and average scale business activities it is planned to reduce process on several commercial objects. Either in capital or regions. For the purpose of staff qualification and for the improvement of services is planned to fulfill several trainings.
