11 PowerTools Software PwrTools is set up to send it s export to the PowerToolsExport Folder on the dispatch computer, regardless of where PwrTools is being run from Inside Arcview set up the Turtle Layer to join to the table on dispatch computer (turtle export.mdb) PowerToolsExport Folder is a shared folder Symbols are created based on the data in the table When PMF file is published, set IP address to match dispatch computer PMF file stores the join information

12 Create a folder on each computer with same path name as dispatch computer (i.e. VisualUtility) Install copy of GIS database Install copy of PMF file Create shortcut on desktop for PMF FINAL RESULT: Every ArcReader install on the network gets its data for the Turtle layer from the table on the Dispatch computer
