4 Speakers Mr. Sui Lun Lo Chief Technology Officer & Co-Owner Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited Sui Lun Lo is the Chief Technology Officer of Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN). He is the master craftsman behind HKBN s fibre network strategy as well as the penned author behind every major HKBN license application, including the fixed telecom operating license in Sui Lun has over a decade of proven success in turning technology business cases into commercial reality. Prior to joining HKBN, Sui Lun gained experience in network planning and undersea cable investments with the former Hong Kong Telecom. Sui Lun holds a Bachelor s Degree in Sciences from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, UK. Sui Lun is 1 of 91 proud Co-Owners of HKBN. Mr. Andrew Sampson General Manager, Hong Kong and Macau Hitachi Data Systems Andrew Sampson is Hitachi Data Systems General Manager, Hong Kong and Macau, and the Vice President of Cloud Services Connection, Asia Pacific. Andrew is responsible for overseeing and devising business strategies for Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) in Hong Kong and Macau. He is also responsible for managing and collaborating business opportunities together with local partners for cloud services practice across Asia Pacific. A veteran of the local Information Technology and Telecommunications industries in Hong Kong, Andrew has held various sales, marketing and general management roles during his over 18 years stint in the territory. Prior to joining HDS, he was the Managing Director of NetStar Hong Kong. He has also taken up a regional Product Marketing position at Level (3) and was General Manager of Sales at New T&T previously. Andrew started his career in Hong Kong with IBM where he spent nine years in various sales roles. He graduated from Kellogg-HKUST s Executive Master in Business Administration Program (EMBA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. 3

5 Mr. Atul Tuli Senior Sales Director, Cloud Solutions Oracle Asia Pacific Atul Tuli is the Senior Sales Director for Cloud CRM at Oracle Corporation. Atul is responsible for managing Sales for Sales, Marketing and Social Cloud CRM solutions. Atul joined Oracle in 2006 as Sales Manager for CRM Sales based in Mumbai to manage West India. As CRM Sales Manager, Atul was responsible for the entire West India Market and looking after all verticals, i.e. Financial, Manufacturing, Communications, and Services, etc. Later Atul took over as the manager for Communication, Media and Utility for Oracle Applications group for Oracle Inda. Atul managed the Cloud CRM Business for Oracle India and was the Director for CRM on Demand (Oracle SaaS CRM) Business from 2010 to Prior to his tenure at Oracle, he was the Global Business Manager at Microsoft and managed the Tata Group. He was with NCR Corporation in the Financial Solutions division, and last was regional manager for West India. Atul holds a post graduate diploma from AIMA, Delhi and Bachelor in Commerce degree from Delhi University. Mr. Martin Ip Head of Advanced Solutions and Services Macroview Telecom Martin Ip has been working at Macroview Telecom for 20 years. He is currently in charge of the Advanced Solutions and Services team. He is a Cisco CCIE in routing and switching and the Chief Engineer responsible for building the first city-wide broadband IP MAN in China. He is also a Solution Architect in supporting Hong Kong Broadband Network in building one of the world's largest Cisco-based MetroEthernet Networks. 4
