1 SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ITE ALAYSIA s SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ALAYSIA s RQT COPLY S REARKS (INCLUDIN DETAILS/REASONS AND ATTACHENT) IF DOES NOT COPLY S REARKS IF ANY ATTACHENT) COPLIANCE STATEENT A ENERAL REQUIREENTS SCOPE OF WORKS 1.1 Bidder UST fully comply with the scope of works, which include the supply, delivery, testing, commissioning, handover and acceptance of the hardware and software specified in Bill of Quantities (where applicable). 1.2 The hardware and software shall be delivered (including appropriate packaging) to CyberSecurity alaysia at Level 7, SAPURA@INES, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. 1.3 Bidder s partial compliance to the said scope of works shall be disqualified. 2.0 S RESPONSIBILITY 2.1 The bidder shall review this document and take full responsibility of obtaining information from CyberSecurity alaysia as may be required to meet the specifications and requirements. I 2.2 The bidder shall review and fulfill all specifications and requirements before committing to sign the purchase agreement. 2.3 The bidder shall be the authorized representative of the hardware and software in alaysia. The bidder UST provide letter of confirmation or appointment from the original hardware and software principal and/or distributorfor our reference. Bidder shall be responsible for any translation cost incurred (if any) in regard to the submission of the documentation required by this tender. 3.2 CyberSecurity alaysia reserves the right to reproduce all or part of the document submitted by the bidder for internal use. 3.3 Bidder UST provide brochures and other relevant documentation such as user manual for the hardware,software and system. 4.0 WARRANTY REQUIREENTS 4.1 The warranty UST be one (1) year standard hardware, software warranty and services from the date of hardware and software commissioning and acceptance by CyberSecurity alaysia (unless stated otherwise). 4.2 Bidder to provide the details on the remedial and/or preventive maintenance schedule during warranty in the proposal. 4.3 The warranty shall include both parts and labor. 5.0 DELIVERY REQUIREENTS 5.1 Successful bidder shall complete the entire scope of works in FOUR weeks or earlier after issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from CyberSecurity alaysia. The bidder shall be responsible for any incidence occurred during transportation of the unit to CyberSecurity alaysia site PAST EXPERIENCES Bidder UST possess a minimum of three (3) years similar experience for this provision Bidder UST provide list of client reference. B 2.0 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENT PURPOSE To Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning and Acceptance of Hardware and Software for CyberSecurity alaysia. Bidder to specify the number of technical support and include in their proposal 1.3 Bidder UST provide technical support 24 hours a day per week (24 x 7) including public holiday. 1.4 Bidder is required to specify on any special requirement in order to provide onsite support. 1.5 Bidder UST provide after sales support (i.e; Technical, customer support) for a minimum period of one (1) year (unless stated otherwise). 1.6 Bidder is required to support on the license renewal for a minimum one (1) year (unless stated otherwise). 1.7 Bidder is required to advise on the latest update of any software version available in the market.
