1 SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ITE ALAYSIA s SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ALAYSIA s RQT COPLY S REARKS (INCLUDING DETAILS/REASONS AND ATTACHENT) IF DOES NOT COPLY S REARKS IF ANY ATTACHENT) COPLIANCE STATEENT A GENERAL REQUIREENTS 1.0 SCOPE OF WORKS 1.1 Bidder UST fully comply with the scope of works, which include the supply, delivery, testing, handover and acceptance of the notebook and desktop specified in Bill of Quantities and Price Schedules. 1.2 The leasing notebook and desktop shall be delivered (including appropriate packaging) to CyberSecurity alaysia, Selangor, alaysia. 1.3 Bidder s partial compliance to the said scope of works shall be disqualified. 1.4 All notebook and desktop must be supplied through Operating Leasing method for three (3) years (36 months) contract. Payment leasing will be done on monthly basis for 36 months. After the end of operating leasing CS have the following options: i) CS have the option to continue the Leasing Agreement for another 1 year, ii) CS will return the assets (under leasing contract) to bidder, and iii) User (CS staff) have the option to purchase the hardware 2.0 S RESPONSIBILITY 2.1 The bidder shall review this document and take full responsibility of obtaining information from CyberSecurity alaysia as may be required to meet the specifications and requirements. I 2.2 The bidder shall review and fulfill all specifications and requirements before committing to sign the purchase agreement. 2.3 The bidder shall be the authorized representative of the hardware system and software distributor in alaysia. The bidder UST provide letter of confirmation or appointment from the original hardware and software manufacturer for our reference. Bidder shall be responsible for any translation cost incurred (if any) in regard to the submission of the documentation required by this tender. 3.2 CyberSecurity alaysia reserves the right to reproduce all or part of the document submitted by the bidder for internal use. G 4.0 WARRANTY REQUIREENTS 4.1 The warranty UST be one (3) years standard software/hardware warranty and services from the date of software/hardware commissioning and acceptance by CyberSecurity alaysia 4.2 The warranty shall include both parts and labor DELIVERY REQUIREENTS Successful bidder shall complete the entire scope of works within two (2) to four (4) weeks after receipt of Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from CyberSecurity alaysia. CyberSecurity alaysia has the authority to reject any kind of bugs during or after installation (within the warranty period) and the replacement or any labor shall be done within the same day without extra charge. 5.3 The bidder shall be responsible for any incidence occurred during transportation of the unit to CyberSecurity alaysia site. 7 SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ITE ALAYSIA s SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ALAYSIA s RQT COPLY S REARKS (INCLUDING DETAILS/REASONS AND ATTACHENT) IF DOES NOT COPLY S REARKS IF ANY ATTACHENT) COPLIANCE STATEENT 2.0 aintenance Support Requirement 2.1 Bidder must possess technical support personnel. 2.2 Bidder shall provide 1 technician for technical support which to be located onsite (at Secure Technology Services department, level 7 SAPURA@ines) during office hour (8.30 am 5.30 am / onday Friday, except public holiday) during the whole tenure of contract. 2.3 Bidder must be able to perform standard configuration on desktop and notebook, perform backup or migration when there is changes to the device, and be able to perform installation and un-installation of corporate software as and when requested by customer. 2.4 Bidder must provide technical support based on below given service level agreement (SLA): Response : within 1 hour upon receiving complaint/ issue Remedy : workaround within 3 business day Resolution : issue resolved within 10 working days 2.5 Bidder is required to specify on any special requirement in order to provide onsite support. 2.6 Bidder must provide 3 units of ready to use notebook for standby purposes. 2.7 Bidder must submit monthly report which consists of details of notebook/ desktop movement, details of problem reported to bidder and any arising issue encounter by technical support personnel throughout the month, to respective CyberSecurity alaysia personnel.
