1 SEBUTHARA NO.: SH/21/2018 SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ITE ALAYSIA s SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ALAYSIA s RQT COPLY S REARKS (INCLUDIN DETAILS/REASONS AND ATTACHENT) IF DOES NOT COPLY S REARKS IF ANY (INCLUDIN DETAILS AND ATTACHENT) IN SUPPORTIN THEIR COPLIANCE STATEENT A ENERAL REQUIREENTS 1.0 SCOPE OF WORKS 1.1 Bidder UST fully comply with the scope of works, which include the supply, delivery, testing, commissioning, handover and acceptance of the hardware specified in Bill of Quantities (where applicable). 1.2 The hardware shall be delivered (including appropriate packaging) to CyberSecurity alaysia at Level 3-01, SE Technopreneur Center 3, Coplace 3, Block 3740, Cyber 8, Persiaran APEC, Cyberjaya, Selangor. 1.3 Bidder s partial compliance to the said scope of works shall be disqualified. 2.0 S RESPONSIBILITY 2.1 The bidder shall review this document and take full responsibility of obtaining information from CyberSecurity alaysia as may be required to meet the specifications and requirements. I 2.2 The bidder shall review and fulfill all specifications and requirements before committing to sign the purchase agreement. 2.3 The bidder shall be the authorized representative of the hardware distributor in alaysia. The bidder UST provide letter of confirmation or appointment from the original hardware principal and/or distributor for our reference Note 1 : CyberSecurity alaysia s Requirement Level :- andatory Requirement : These are ESSENTIAL/CRITICAL requirements that UST be fully complied by Bidder. eneral Requirement : These are DESIRABLE requirements and Bidder is required to comply. Bidder shall be responsible for any translation cost incurred (if any) in regard to the submission of the documentation required by this tender. 3.2 CyberSecurity alaysia reserves the right to reproduce all or part of the document submitted by the bidder for internal use. 3.3 Bidder to provide brochures and other relevant documentation for the proposed hardware. 4.0 WARRANTY REQUIREENTS 4.1 The warranty UST be one (1) year standard hardware warranty and services from the date of hardware commissioning and acceptance by CyberSecurity alaysia (unless stated otherwise). 4.2 Bidder to provide the details on the remedial and/or preventive maintenance schedule during warranty in the proposal. 4.3 The warranty shall include both parts and labor. 5.0 DELIVERY REQUIREENTS 5.1 Successful bidder shall complete the entire scope of works in SIX weeks or earlier after issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from CyberSecurity alaysia. The bidder shall be responsible for any incidence occurred during transportation of the unit to CyberSecurity alaysia site. I PAST EXPERIENCES Bidder UST possess a minimum of two (2) years similar experience for this provision Bidder to provide list of past clients similar to this provision for CyberSecurity alaysia s reference. B TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENT PURPOSE To Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning and Acceptance of Hardware for CyberSecurity alaysia.
