1 SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ITE ALAYSIA s SCOPE OF WORKS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENTS ALAYSIA s RQT COPLY S REARKS (INCLUDING DETAILS/REASONS AND ATTACHENT) IF DOES NOT COPLY S REARKS IF ANY ATTACHENT) COPLIANCE STATEENT A GENERAL REQUIREENTS 1.0 SCOPE OF WORKS 1.1 Bidder UST fully comply with the scope of works, which include the supply, delivery, testing, commissioning, handover and acceptance of the hardware and software specified in Bill of Quantities. Bidder partial compliance with the said scope of works shall be disqualified. 1.2 The hardware and software shall be delivered (including appropriate packaging) to CyberSecurity alaysia at Level 7, SAPURA@INES, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. 1.3 Deployment must be done during Normal Business Days (onday to Friday, except Selangor Public Holidays) on Normal Business Hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm). 2.0 S RESPONSIBILITY 2.1 The bidder shall review this document and take full responsibility of obtaining information from CyberSecurity alaysia as may require to meet the specifications and requirements. I 2.2 The bidder shall review and fulfill all specifications and requirements before committing to sign the purchase agreement. 2.3 The bidder shall be the authorized representative of the hardware and software in alaysia. The bidder shall provide letter of confirmation or appointment from the original hardware and software manufacturer for our reference. Bidder shall be responsible for any translation cost incurred (if any) in regard to the submission of the documentation required by this tender. 3.2 CyberSecurity alaysia reserves the right to reproduce all or part of the document submitted by the bidder for internal use. G 4.0 WARRANTY REQUIREENTS 4.1 For item 1.0 and 8.0 in the Bill of Quantities, the warranty UST be one (1) year standard software and hardware warranty and services from the date of software and hardware commissioning and acceptance by CyberSecurity alaysia. 4.2 For item 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0 in the Bill of Quantities, the warranty UST be three (3) years standard software and hardware warranty and services from the date of software and hardware commissioning and acceptance by CyberSecurity alaysia. aintenance & support services for all the items shall also be for duration of three (3) years. 4.3 Bidder to provide the details on the remedial/preventive maintenance schedule during warranty in the proposal (if any). G 4.4 The warranty shall include both parts and labor. G 6.2 Bidder to provide list of past client for reference. B TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREENT 1.0 PURPOSE To Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of Hardware and Software for CyberSecurity alaysia. 2.0 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Bidder s proposal of hardware and software must be able to follow or be compatible, based-on the specification and features as below: Note 1 : CyberSecurity alaysia s Requirement Level :- andatory Requirement : These are ESSENTIAL/CRITICAL requirements that UST be fully complied by Bidder. Bidder to specify the number of technical support and include in their proposal 1.3 Bidder UST provide technical support 24 hours a day per week (24 x 7) including public holiday. 1.4 Bidder is required to specify on any special requirement in order to provide onsite support.
