15 Disbursement Database Allows you to specify how the terminal is going to charge for usage. Examples: A copier terminal could be setup to count each copy made and charge based on count. A copier terminal could be setup to charge for a specific amount of time. A device without an electronic interface can be setup to prompt for a user entered price.

16 Disbursement Database In the disbursement database you can also setup the price code multipliers, quantity price breaks and variable rates for disbursements This is also where you establish the base price for the disbursement either as a fixed price, a counted price or a timed price. Terminals must be initially programmed through the keypad on the front of the device, after the initial programming the terminals can be remotely programmed through SuperVISornet s IP Terminal Utility Status, IP Address Testing, Firmware, Remote Operator is all available through the IP Terminal Utility

20 Web Reports Powered by Crystal Reports through IIS, the Web Reports are always available as a local hosted website Access to the reports are locked out by password and the report access passwords are administered through supervisornet.
