2 Logging In Open a browser and navigate to pma.kyruus.com to reach the login page 2

3 Logging In Enter your address (username) in the field Click Next and enter your Password After you have entered your Password, click Sign In 3

4 My Providers Once you re logged in, you will see the My Providers tab and the All Providers tab You will only have access to edit the provider data in the My Providers tab If you need to add or remove providers from the My Providers list to accurately reflect the providers at your clinic or those you need access to, please send your request to 4

5 Search You can find the provider profile you need to edit by scrolling through the My Provider s list or by using the Search box To find a provider using the Search box, you can enter their first name, last name, or NPI to narrow the search Please note that providers are listed in the database by their legal name 5

6 Edit After you have found the provider profile you want to edit, click on the provider s name to be taken to the profile 6

7 Edit You are now in the provider s profile and can navigate through the different tabs to find the data field(s) you want to update 7

8 Edit Once you have found the data field you want to edit, click on the Edit button in the top right hand corner of the box that contains the data field 8

9 Edit After you have clicked Edit, the data fields that are editable within that section will be unlocked for editing 9

10 Save After you have made edits to any of the data fields, click the Save button to save all of your changes Changes that are saved in ProviderMatch should update in real-time on the Providence.org/Swedish. org Find a Doctor website; navigate to the profile page to check your work! 10

11 Locked Data Fields You will notice that some data fields in the profile are not editable. Data that is not editable (e.g. first name, last name) comes directly from the medical staff database and thus, needs to remain locked to maintain this source of truth upstream. 12 Request Edits to Locked Data If you need to make any changes to a locked data field, use your mouse to hover over the? next to the data field to find out where to submit a ticket to have that piece of data updated 12

13 Specialization It is important to configure the scope of practice list in the provider s specialization tab so the provider will show up for symptom based searches on the Find A Doctor website The terms that are available to be configured are based on the provider s specialty Click Configure Terms to see the full list of scope of practice terms that can be set to Searchable or Not Searchable 13

14 Specialization After you have clicked Configure Terms, you can work with the provider to check the box for all of the medical conditions, procedures, and treatments that fall under the provider s scope of practice; this will make them searchable for that specific term (and related terms) on the Find a Doctor website 14

15 Specialization If you have already configured some of the scope of practice terms, you will see them listed at the bottom of the Specialization page The terms you have marked as Searchable will show up on the provider s public facing profile 15

16 16 Copy and Paste If you are working with providers that have the same specialty, you can copy and past the configured scope of practice list from one provider s profile to another Scroll down to the bottom of the Clinical Scope of Practice list and choose Copy Terms From Another Provider

17 Locations 17 Locations If you need to add a new practice location to a provider s profile, but you don t find the location entry in the Add Practice Location search, please send a request to provider.directory@providence.org with the location details to get this location added If you need to edit specific location data (name, phone #, fax #, etc.) please send this request to provider.directory@providence.org

18 Publications Coming soon, users will be able to enter a link to the provider s publications (Pub Med, ORCID, etc.) directly in the ProviderMatch tool. Communication will be sent to users when this data field is available in ProviderMatch. Updates to publications data cannot be made until the new data field is available. 18

19 Kyruus Support Use Kyruus Support to report ProviderMatch functionality issues (e.g. freezing, data not saving, etc.) All provider data questions should be submitted to either the inbox indicated by the? next to the data field in the portal. 19

20 Process Notes For all editable data fields, the updates you make will happen in realtime; check your work on the live website! Requests to update data for data fields that are locked can take longer to complete as these updates are reviewed and then made by credentialing and web teams; turnaround for these tickets can take 5 days ProviderMatch will log you out if you have been idle for 15 minutes 20
