1 Provider Portal Full User Guide MedTech Auto Login You can now log in to the Provider Portal without entering your username and password. You can access this by going to the Provider Portal menu item under Utilities. Note that this will only work if you use your unique MedTech staff code provided to Compass. Manual Login Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the Provider Portal website: This will present you with the login page. The login credentials are the same as you already have for Provider Portal.

2 Home Page The home page is the first page you land on, showing IPIF indicators, important news items and a quick link to CPD.

3 News The Mailout has changed so that you ll now receive news as it s created by Compass Health. The full list of articles is available in the News section.

4 Dashboard IPIF Indicators Indicators are now provided on the home page, so you can know at a glance how your practice is performing. You can click through from anywhere on the indicators displayed to the IPIF Indicator Report, and choose the indicator you wish to display.

5 CPD You can access CPD either from the home page, or from the Our PHO menu. The CPD booking system displays, logged in as you:

6 Report Server Report Server is accessible via the menu through Clinical Report Server. All reports are shown exactly the same as in the prior version of the Provider Portal.

7 Claim Search Claim Search is also accessible via the Clinical menu. As before, it shows the status of your claims once they ve been processed. My Profile You can edit your details using the My Profile link in your user menu.

8 My Practice Practice Managers can edit a range of practice information, accessible through My Practice in your user menu.

9 My Practice Information Practice Managers can edit practice details, as well as add a new Bank Account and GST Number.

10 As per the current process, you still need to attach a copy of a bank deposit slip. This can be attached to the details you provide on this form. The bank account details will then be approved and updated by the MAPS Administrator. Similarly, if you add a GST number, this will be sent to the MAPS Administrator for approval and addition to MAPS. Staff List Practice Managers can view a list of staff, edit the staff details, or remove that staff member from the practice.

11 You can add or edit a staff member, including adding GP/Nurse details and claiming information.

12 Medtech Outbox Documents and Advanced Forms Medtech Outbox Documents and Advanced Forms are still available for download on the Provider Portal. We ve changed their location to be under Resources: Search All news items, documents and pages within the Provider Portal are now searchable, so if you can t find what you re looking for, try typing it in to Search:

13 Feedback We value your feedback! If you have any questions, concerns or feedback about the Provider Portal or to Compass Health in general, please use our Feedback box at the bottom of the page. Clicking on Feedback causes the bottom bar to slide up and you can enter any feedback and click Submit.
