With reference to above subject, the matter of consideration of request transfers of executives in Telecom wing is under process and we have seen that from Dealing Assistant to your good self all are taking hard efforts in accessing data and updating all requests. We also will like to share some load as we have done in past by consolidating the request transfers which are possible without posting substitute in the interest of service and by arranging one to one substitute and also by arranging maximum transfers with single substitute so that all request are considered in chain. This will defiantly save lakhs of rupees of BSNL on transfer posting and also total number of transfers will be minimum. Not only expenditure on transfers and total no. of transfers will be reduced, but in such one to transfers that to be with request of comrade on each side, relieving will be easy and the officers concerned will not face any hardship in getting relieved once transfer orders will be issued and this will reduce. We will further request to avoid posting of substitute in JTO cadre from long stay list and wherever required substitutes may be posted from newly recruited JTOs. This will also save BSNL money on avoidable transfers and at the same time hardship due to long stay transfers to these JTOs will be postponed for one more year. S N E AE AI L M. S. 2 request your good self to look into these medical ground cases personally and give justice to them. We have already submitted list to AD Staff, AGM Staff and DGM HR Mumbai and we have tried to meet you to personally handover this list and to discuss other issues but yesterday your PA has informed that you are busy with office works as well as personal works and please meet in morning hours today and when we have called today, now she has given time for Saturday evening at 1700 hrs. We have no issue, we will meet on Saturday, but by look at fast activities and day night efforts being made by your office and staff section, we feel that all the transfers will be issued before we meet on Saturday and our concern about minimum transfers and less expenditure on transfers may be missed and hence we are submit the list in writing. We have consolidiated this information on basis of feedback from our District Secretaries and data of request transfers published by AGM Staff Mumbai and hence there may be some minor changes which we could bnot update due to short of time, but we are confident with such approach, BSNL money will be saved as well as these executives will be at ease. Hope this will help in reducing expenditure on transfers and will reduce total number of transfers of executives if substitute would have been placed cases by case. Encl: Annexure I & II M. S.
