4 1. Introduction My Netball is the new management system developed by Netball Australia for Players, Clubs and Associations to assist them in the management of the game. Every player in Australia who is affiliated through their club association with their State or Netball Australia, now has the ability to manage their Netball Experience. Over the coming days weeks participants will be issued with a player id and a system generated password. This will allow participants to access their own player profile. This guide will take participants through the player profile and the benefits with managing their own profile and participation in the sport of netball. 4 P a g e

5 2. Log in to MyNetball Existing Players To log into the player profile visit 1. Enter Username 2. Enter Password 3. Click on LOG IN Lost Password Please note if password is lost or you wish to retrieve your account information, click on lost password. If you do not receive an with the information please select advanced account recovery options. This will display the following screen. MyNetball uses primary information to locate a record. The MyNetball Account ties into participants address, player id, name or date of birth. Enter in one of the required fields and click on Find. A list will then appear with names matching your search criteria. The list of names will give you the option to a username or contact the organisation the name is affiliated with to obtain further information. 5 P a g e

6 3. MyNetball Profile Once participants have logged into MyNetball the participant home screen will appear. The home screen will provide an overview of a participant s activity in MyNetball. Participant Organisation Above is the main menu for a participant the menu will provide the following information. Participant This menu enables the user to access linked accounts for example a childs profile. Organisation This menu allows the user to select which organisation they wish to view their profile in. Home Menu The Home menu is self explanatory, it will always return participants to the main screen. My Details The My Details menu is all about participants and their information. Affiliation The Affiliation menu provides information on the relationships that this profile has with other clubs associations. Activity Activity Menu provides information on purchases and access to registration forms available to the organisation currently being worked in. Player Options Within the player options participants are able to send notification to a club/association about participant availability to participate in a game or competition and view their personal statistic. Club Within the club a participant can view draws, ladder and information on the competition that the club participates in. Learning All online courses and accreditation information can be accessed from this menu. Take the time to explore a profile and familiarise with the features 6 P a g e

7 4. Participant Menu When logging into MyNetball at the top right hand side of the screen the participant will see their name. If they click on the down arrow beside the name a user can access information about their account details, change passwords and any records that are linked. By clicking on the linked records pull down menu you can access any accounts linked to a profile. 5. Organisation Menu The organisation menu is where a user can choose which club/association they have a relationship with and view their information in relation to the organisation. Different organisations will show different information. This menu is also where a user would log out of their profile. 7 P a g e

8 6. Online Registrations Within MyNetball there are two ways in which a registration can be completed. Player Profile Is through the player profile under the payments/subscriptions tab. Public Portal Registrant is provided a link from Club/Association which enables registration through the public portal. Online Registration Player Profile The online registration facility for MyNetball is designed to make participation and payment of fees more manageable for clubs and associations. To access online registration click on Activity/Purchases. Select the form relating to registrations. This will take participants into the club/association MyNetball registration form. All registration forms are customised by the club or association and relate directly to the club or association policy, bylaws, constitution or requirements when registering to play for the club/association Registration Form On the registration form the following menu will appear. This menu relates to the registration process. To navigate the form participants will be asked to select NEXT at the bottom of the screen this will take participants through the menu items in the order as shown above. The registration form will load in a new browser window and display the products/registrations available for participants to purchase. 1. Select the required registration/product options required then click next. Personal Details The Personal Details screen will display the information as displayed in the Your Details menu in the profile and will be prefilled. 8 P a g e

Review The review allows participants to go back and modify and verify the information entered into the registration form. A window is displayed showing all the registration personal details entered.

9 A participant will then need to fill in any other fields which have been specified by the club/association prior to selecting NEXT. If any information which is compulsory is not completed then the form will display and error and will not allow the participant to enter the next screen without completing the information. Review The review allows participants to go back and modify and verify the information entered into the registration form. A window is displayed showing all the registration personal details entered. Click EDIT DETAILS to alter information displayed. Payment The Payment menu is where participants can select a payment option is one is provided. Some clubs/associations only allow for credit card payment whilst others will give an option to their participants. After completing the payment information select NEXT. 9 P a g e

10 Confirmation The Confirmation menu will provide a breakdown of items purchased and advise that a confirmation will be sent to the participant. The option to print an offline form is available within the confirmation form. The offline payment form provides details for credit card payment or bank details for direct deposit to the club/association. 10 P a g e
