1 Website: On-line Registration All players are required to register on-line for the 2018 Winter Netball Season. *** Important Information for School Aged Members *** The Active Kids Rebate Vouchers of $100 per school child will be available online from 31st January 2018 through Service NSW. If you would like to redeem this voucher for your 2018 Winter Competition netball registration, you will need to wait until you have your voucher before completing your online registration (ie. after 31st January 2018). You will not be able to redeem your voucher after you have registered. If you wish to redeem the voucher it must be done as part of the online registration process through MyNetball. If you do not want to redeem your voucher for your 2018 Winter Competition netball registration (because you may like to redeem it for another sport/activity for 2018), you can complete your netball registration from 1st January However, please keep in mind you will not be able to redeem the voucher at a later stage through Cherrybrook United Netball Club for Any members who are not school aged are welcome to register from 1st January Cherrybrook United Netball Club registrations will open on 1 st January 2018 and close on 14 th February 2018 for players turning 7 to 15 years in Registrations will close on 15 th March 2018 for Cadet and Senior players (ie. turning 16 or older in 2018). Prior to commencing the on-line registration process please read the Registration Disclaimer located under the Registration tab on our website. To commence the on-line registration process, please access the relevant age link under the Registration tab on our website: This will take you to the following screen: At the bottom of the page click Get Started.

This will take you to the following screen: Existing Players with Cherrybrook Netball If you know your Login ID (a seven digit number for the majority of members) and password you can enter this

If you don t know your Login ID (assuming this would be most members) you will need to click on Forgotten Login details. This will then take you to the following screen to search for your record: You will need to enter your First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth (xx/xx/xxxx) as it appears on your birth certificate. A record with the Club/Assoc. of Cherrybrook Netball Club should appear.

3 Select Reset Password for that record and you will then be ed (to your registered address) a link to reset your password. Once you have your Login ID and Password you will be able to then login to the initial Login screen. If your record does not appear it means either your First Name, Last Name or Date of Birth is incorrect in the My Netball system. Please the registrar at cherrybrookregistrar@gmail.com with this correct information so it can be updated in the system. If you have changed your address from the one that is stored in the My Netball system and cannot reset your password, please the registrar at cherrybrookregistrar@gmail.com with the correct address so it can be updated in the system. New Players to Netball NSW If you have never previously played for a Netball Club within Netball NSW, click on Continue underneath the question Don t have a Login ID? on the initial Login screen. All new players to the club under 18 years of age MUST provide the Registrar, Christine Corke, with a copy of their Birth Certificate which has been signed by a Justice of the Peace. This can be provided to the registrar on 4 th March 2018 at Pennant Hills Park Indoor Court between 10am 4pm. New Players to Cherrybrook Netball Club If you have previously played for another netball club within Netball NSW and would like to register with Cherrybrook Netball for the 2018 season, you can enter your Login ID (a seven digit number) and Password on the initial Login screen, if you know it. This can be provided to the registrar on 4 th March 2018 at Pennant Hills Park Indoor Court between 10am 4pm. Payment Only on-line payments will be available for the 2017 registration process. The method of payment that is accepted online is either Visa or Mastercard and a service fee of 1.78% applies. This service fee does not go to the club, it is a payment to the service provider and will be in addition to the below registration fee. Net Set Go (6 to 9 years) - $ Junior (10 to 15 years) - $ Cadets (16 to 18 years) - $ Seniors (18 years and over) - $ The registration fee includes: General membership of the Club HDNA Membership and court levy Netball NSW player insurance Umpiring Levy Training session court hire Trophies and Presentation Day Canteen Levy If you have already paid the insurance component for 2018 due to being registered for the 2018 Summer Night Comp, the system should automatically deduct this component from your Winter Comp fee. If this is not automatically deducting please Christine Corke at cherrybrookregistrar@gmail.com to follow this up with HDNA.
