4 Order Catalog Items Introduction: r-trac portal will be used to: 1. Place orders for Lane Bryant and Cacique 2. Monitor orders status Each Lane Bryant vendor will be assigned a username/password to log on to the site. You will be assigned unique credentials for this site, even if you have access to other r-trac sites. Login page would look like this Upon logging in to the site à you will see four tabs: 1. Main 2. Master 3. Manage Ship Info 4. Access
5 Main: This tab has one screen: Click here for the Ascena EPC system This tab has three screens: Order Price Tickets Order Catalog Items Check Order Status Lane Bryant and Cacique items are set-up under the Order Catalog Items Tab. Click this box to place your order.
6 Order Catalog Items You will find a catalog of items available to order. You can scroll through the list to find the item you want or search. To search, follow these steps. 1. Type in the Item Code number 2. Select the Division from the drop down box. 3. Hit Search 4. Once your item appears, check the box and click Add to Job You will then be taken to the next step.
7 All fields indicated by an asterisk * must be completed. 5. Enter your PO# 6. Enter Vendor PO# 7. Enter Style No# 8. Select Overage amount from drop-down 9. Select Production Location from drop-down 10. If the bill and ship to address is already saved in the system, simply pick from the drop-down list. If not, select Show Detail and enter the Bill To and Ship To information (NOTE: Once you enter your information, it will be saved in the system and accessible from the drop-down menu for future orders.) 11. Enter the your Country from the drop-down list 12. Enter the Quantity 13. Enter the percentage of the Fabric (NOTE: Fabric total must add up to 100%) 14. Enter the Fabric information from the drop-down menu. If you need to enter more than one fabric, click the Add Fabric button and another selection box will appear. 15. Select Care Instructions from the drop-down menu If the item has care instructions, you can select the care code from the drop-down list and it will auto populate the correct instructions on the screen. 16. Select any Miscellaneous information from the drop-down menu 17. Enter the BV Report Num 18. Enter the RN Number 19. Enter the Factory ID 20. If you want to add additional items, select Add to Job 21. When you have entered all the items, Select Confirm

Click Ok 132 West 36 Street, New York, NY (212) Fax (212) A box appears stating Save successfully! 22 Your will then be taken to the following screen where you can check your order, cancel, or edit the job. If you need to edit your order, select edit and follow the steps above. You will also receive a confirmation as follows:

11 Check Order Status Select the Check order status box Here you will find a summary of all orders placed. You can search by r-pac Job NO#, Job Status, r-pac Print Shop location, PO Number, Style NO, and creation date. You can export your reports into Excel by clicking the Export button. This page will also have additional information such as shipped date and tracking number from the courier you selected which will provide you complete visibility at all times of your order.
12 To view the detail of a job, simply click on the Job#. A screen will pop-up with all the details of your order.
