1 09/14/2016 Welcome to our new Staging Environment! LoanPro Software Staging Release Your company settings and configurations have been copied from your production tenant. This includes all Agent user, roles, settings, etc.. It does NOT include any customers, or loan accounts. You have been granted temporary access to a staging tenant in our new staging environment. You can use your existing production username and password in the forgot my password link to reset your password for the staging environment. Access to this staging environment will become standard practice with each new LoanPro software release & will be available for about 2 weeks prior to each production release. It may not be available to you at other times, LoanPro s team will publish an update on our Status page informing when staging will be disabled. Over time we intend to migrate all sandbox tenants to become staging tenants & to do away with Sandbox tenants in production. Please follow these instructions to get started: 1. Clear your browser cache Navigate to: make sure to check your URL as some links will send you back to production. 3. Click on Forgot your password 4. Enter your production address used for username

2 This will send an to your inbox, follow the instructions there. Once your password is reset, you ll be required to log in to Staging, then change your password. PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL ONLY CHANGE THE PASSWORD FOR YOUR STAGING USER NOT YOUR PRODUCTION USER. 5. Begin using Staging Tenant. Please note that all URLs, Tenant Ids, etc.. Are unique to this environment. Special Notes & Considerations (a) Staging IS LIVE. LoanPro is not doing any data migration of customers or loans, however if you are entering those directly please note that all services are live. s will be sent, dailymaint is running, etc.. Please treat this as a live system & do not enter in data you would not into a live system. (b) Each Staging tenant has been mapped to a dedicated/private Merchant Connect Beta account. All connection links & information is viewable in the user interface at: Settings>Company>Merchant Connect tab of LoanPro. Note that LoanPro Staging is mapped to Merchant Connect Beta (not Production). (c) If your company has paid for & operates on a dedicated RDS database configuration in Production then upon special request we can setup (1) One database user to the Staging Database for you to access & preview. Note this is not on your dedicated RDS, so it is tedious for us to setup database users & not RDS users. You ll be limited to 1 database user per company. In order to have this you ll need to in support to request it & provide a maximum of 3 IP addresses for us to whitelist associated with the single user for us to create.
