2 Downloading the app Tap on the Download option in order to start the process of download for Just billing

3 Download initialized The download process has been initialized. If you used your tablet to download the file, search for it in the downloads folder. If you used your laptop to download the file, connect your phone to the laptop using an USB cable for transferring the file

4 Just Billing file in the download folder The file can be found in the download folder. Double click on it to initialize the installation process

5 Transferring the file from laptop to tablet In case you downloaded the file on your tablet, you need to transfer it to your tablet. To do that, you need to connect the tablet with your laptop, with the help of a USB cable. Once you connect the two devices, and the laptop indicates that proper connection has been established, click on file explorer on your laptop. You can see that the tablet has been connected and is showing up within file explorer. Double click on it to open its storage section. Double click on it again and then drag and drop the file within the tablet storage

6 Finding the file in your tablet After you drag and drop the file into tablet storage, check your tablet s file explorer. Tapping on it opens a new page containing all the files and folders. It can either be the tablet s internal storage section or the sd card storage section, as per the settings. Search for the file and double click on it to make it run. The file has been highlighted in red in the right part of the image.

7 Initializing installation of the app The device asks if you are sure that you want to install the app. If you tapped on the app by mistake, you need to select Cancel or if you want to install, select Install

8 Do you want to install the app? The device will ask you about the privacy concerns since the app will get access to the device privacy and settings. To proceed with the installation, you need to tap Next in the first two slides as shown in the image and then tap on Install.

11 What business you are in? By default, Retail (JBA) remains selected as the business option. You need to select the right business type according to the business you are in

12 Configure the app Once you download the app and tap on the icon, it will open this page where you need to choose the business type

13 Configuration The next step in configuration is where you need to choose the subscription type. Here we have taken the example of Android Lite (Standalone). After tapping the option, you get the trial/subscription code, which needs to be typed against the field named Subscription Code. The next step is to tick the check box I have read or else, the Next button remains disabled and you cannot proceed with the set up

14 Entering the required admin details In this step you need to enter the admin user details and then hit next. All of the fields are mandatory. So, you cannot proceed further without adding the required details

15 Enter business details Enter the details of your business like the name, registration number (TIN number) and more to proceed with the configuration and set up

16 Choosing the invoice template and invoice delivery option You need to skip this option since the choice of templates is not available for your business type You can provide invoice in either print, SMS or format or can also choose to provide no invoice if not necessary. This step can also be skipped.

17 Download demo data screen In this step you need to tick the demo data check box in order to download demo data. Once you tap the check box, it asks you to select the demo database based on your business. In this case, we have chosen restaurant. After this you need to tap on FINISH, which initiates the demo data download process.

18 Billing screen After download of demo data is complete, the Billing Screen will open.
