1 Creating an account on Arbiter Athlete for STUDENTS **Athletes may not participate in conditioning or tryouts until all documents are completed in Arbiter Athlete. **The parent AND the student must create separate accounts and use different s and/or phone numbers. **YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT BEFORE YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGNS UP FOR THEIR ACCOUNT. **Forms require an electronic signature. This can be done on a smart phone or any electronic device with touch screen. STUDENT 1. Go to Click here to begin. 2. Step 1 Click on A student. 3. Step 2 Fill in ALL of the boxes. Type in the SAME password as above. 5. Step 4 Pick your school. Begin typing either Irma Marsh Middle School OR Castleberry High School. When your options come up click on your school. DO NOT pick Castleberry Independent School District. Click Sign Up. You have now set up your Arbiter Athlete account. 6. Step 5 VERY IMPORTANT STEP. Before you continue this step do the following: Tell your parents that they will have to set up an Arbiter Athlete account because the forms that the Athletic Department needs are now online and they will have to create an account in order to fill them out. Tell them that you have set up a STUDENT account and that you need to invite them to Arbiter Athlete so that they can set up a PARENT account. Get their cell number with area code OR their address. Tell them that they will get either a text or from Arbiter Athlete. Tell them NOT to delete the text or . Click Guide Me for help.

This can be done on a smart phone or any electronic device with touch screen. PARENT/GUARDIAN 1. When you receive a text or from Arbiter Athlete, click on link provided. Click here to begin. 2. Step 1 Click on A parent. 3. Step 2 Fill in ALL of the boxes. Type in your first name and last name.

5 4. Step 3 Fill in ALL of the boxes. IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ENTER EITHER THE PHONE NUMBER OR THE ADDRESS THAT YOUR CHILD USED TO INVITE YOU TO ARBITER ATHLETE. Type your password. Type in the SAME password as above. 5. Step 4 Pick your school. Begin typing either Irma Marsh Middle School OR Castleberry High School. When your options come up click on your school. DO NOT pick Castleberry Independent School District. Click Sign Up. You have now set up your Arbiter Athlete account. 6. Step 5 A box will pop up asking you to accept the invitation. Click Accept. Your account will now be linked with your child. If you have more than one child, you must receive an invitation from each child. Click Link Account.

7 11. Please complete and sign forms. If you do not know what sport you want to participate in LEAVE BLANK. 12. IMPORTANT: Students must complete the forms on their Arbiter Athlete account AND Parents must complete the forms on their Arbiter Athlete account. 9. When all responses are complete, click the Sign & Submit button at the bottom of the page. 10. You MUST upload the Pre-Participation Form (front and back). A. Scan and save form as a pdf file OR take a picture of both sides of the form with your smart phone. B. Click the Upload button. Search for the pdf file or the pictures and select them for upload. C. Fill in the approval or signature dates. Click the Upload Document button. Must be completed by student and parent Not required to be completed by student and parent. -Answer all questions accurately. -While filling out forms, DO NOT leave boxes blank. If you do not know, put NA in the box. 11. Make sure that you turn in the front and back of the Pre-Participation Form (paper copy) in to the Athletic Complex.
