1 Lead Tracker Jack Getting Started Guide 1) Sign Up for an Account First, go to CallCID.com and sign in with your user and password as shown below: If you don t have an account yet, click on the Click here link to register: Enter the following details:
2 First Name Last Name Your Company name (optional) Select your country (Shows all countries call tracking is available for) Contact Phone Number Primary Enter your preferred password twice. If you want to use call tracking in the Unites States and you live in a country not listed, just select United States and all call tracking numbers will be ordered for United States. After entering your registration details, click the Sign Up button. On the next screen you will choose whether you want to setup a call tracking number for your own company or for another company. If you have not filled out the company name you will automatically been asked to fill out the details for the company to setup call tracking for.
3 Now enter the information of the company you want to setup a tracking phone number for: Company Name Company Contact Person First Name Company Contact Person Last Name Company Phone Number Country Company . Click on the Next button to continue. Next, choose your Tracking Number from the list provided. This is the number you will publish in your advertisements to start tracking calls. You can select a local number or a Toll Free Number. The list of local numbers is pre-populated based on the company business phone number you provided.
4 If you want to change the area code click on Change area code button and you will be able to customize the numbers to your needs using the following form:
5 To customize the local numbers, first enter area code and make sure the correct country is selected in the drop down list of available tracking countries. Click the Load Numbers button. A new list of available local tracking numbers will be shown. Select a tracking number and click the Confirm this number button. Next enter the payment credit card information:
6 2) Set Up Company If you followed above steps you have already set up your first company. If you didn t set a company up after registration or want add more companies, select the Add New Company option in the Companies menu in the top navigation bar.
7 This will open the Add New Company screen:
8 Fill out the requested information. Next, order a tracking number for the newly added company. 3) Order Tracking Number To order a tracking number when you have more than one company, first make sure you select the correct company in the dropdown box. Then select the New Tracking Number option under the Numbers menu in the top navigation to proceed.
9 Next follow the screens to order the new tracking number. Once the tracking number is ordered, make sure to test that the tracking number is connecting to the correct company by calling the new tracking number. 4) Put Tracking Number on your website, YouTube Videos, etc Once the tracking number is ordered, publish the tracking phone number on the company website, videos, etc. Calls will be listed in the call portal and depending on the settings, you can also replay the call and track it as Lead gen call. 5) Leads Call Tracking The Leads Call Tracking enables you to filter the calls according a predefined setting so that you can invoice call usage to your customers. Below is the Leads Overview:
10 Only calls which meet the criteria in the Lead filter will be shown in the All Leads overview. In the Lead filter screen you can set the minimum duration of the call, include only certain tags, and also count only unique phone numbers. (Unique callers)
11 Next you can also create invoices to bill your customers. 6) Invoicing The created invoices overview is shown below. Invoices are created according the settings you select. In invoice settings you can setup how often an invoice gets created and the price for each lead.
12 In the Templates you can define your own Invoice template, and select it here for each company. You can have an invoice created daily, weekly or monthly. Also you can choose to have the invoice automatically send to your customer address. You can also select Pay Per Minute if you want to setup coaching calls or if you want to have your customers pay you for your valuable time.
13 If you want to listen to each call and screen out certain calls such as missed calls from your client billing, you can tag calls as Unanswered. Calls marked as Unanswered will not be billed on the invoices. 7) Setup Automatic Payments Within Lead Tracker Jack you can setup automatic payments. First enter your API key, API Password and API Signature from your PayPal account and then your customer can confirm the payment subscription. In the FAQ section, a PDF with setup instructions is available to go over this for each step of setting up Automatic Payments.
14 8) Round Robin Within Round Robin you can setup one tracking number which is connected to multiple companies for marketing purposes. The call is rotated evenly between the companies. It is easy to add a new company to the round robin group and also to pause any of the companies in the round robin. (See screen shot below) 9) Call Per Minute In the Invoice Settings you can select Pay Per Minute to bill your customer by the call length. You can also set a certain number of free minutes per invoice and free minutes per call if your service package includes a certain amount of base minutes. If the used minutes go over this amount, the customer needs to pay the excess and Lead Tracker Jack will calculate the billing automatically for you. The invoicing and automatic payment is same as Pay Per Call and makes it easy for you to offer paid training time.
15 10) Keyword Tracking With Lead Tracker Jack you can track the specific keyword which was used when clicking on the Google AdWords keyword ad and used when the lead made a call. This can be done in 3 easy steps: 1) Order New Keyword Numbers to setup a pool of tracking phone numbers 2) Put <span class="tele"> </span> tags around the business phone number as shown on the website. 3) Put a tracking link in the footer of your website
16 The keyword used to trigger the Google AdWords ad is displayed in an advanced but very easy to use Analyzer overview. This table has 2 date ranges; to the left you can set the date range of this week, and to the right the total of all time can be selected. It shows the amount of calls, Bounce Rate and Average Time for each searched keyword.
17 You can also display the information in a graphical way and show the most used keywords.
18 11) Blacklist Numbers Within Lead Tracker Jack you can block certain phone numbers to put them on the black list. To add a number to the blocked numbers list, either enter the numbers in the Blacklist Numbers overview or click on the b symbol on the right side of the call overview. 12) Billing In the Billing Summary you can view the plan rate, current usage and all the past billing transactions details.
19 13) Profile You can configure your own profile in Lead Tracker Jack to that your clients receive the s from your own account. Several service providers like AOL, Apple, Bluehost, Gmail, Godaddy, Hostgator, Hostmail, MSN Live, Yahoo Mail and Zoho are predefined so that entering your account information is easy. In the invoice settings you can also select from your own pre-defined profiles for each client.
20 14) Templates: templates can be edited or added using placeholder tokens so that each is personalized for each company. In the Invoice settings you can select which predefined template to use.
