1 Lagerhausstraße 4 A-9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee ZVR Zahl: Invitation Porsche Trophy Carinthia 29th. to 31st. of August 2014 Porsche Club Carinthia likes to invite all friends and Porsche enthusiasts to the Porsche Trophy Carinthia 2014! We will select this years winner throug a combination of general skills, knowledge of the Porsche brand and drivers talent. The trophy will lead us on terrific roads throughout the gorgeous Carinthian scenic lakes and mountains. 2 1. Time Schedule The event starts August 29th. 2014, 4:00pm at Gasthof Automuseum Seppenbauer, A-9361 St. Salvator, Marktplatz 6 and will end August 31st at the same location. Friday, Aug. 29th until 16:00h participants arrivals 17:00h welcome & drivers briefing (mandatory) 18:00h start prologue (approx km) 19:30h start exercise :55h arrival last car to GH Seppenbauer ab 21:00h closing of the day with buffet Saturday, Aug. 30th :45h mandatory drivers briefing 9:00h Start 3-lakes tour (Ossiacher See - Faaker See - Wörthersee) Drive by road-book and by adhering to given avg. speed limits in combination with several exercises & tasks. Tour length: approx. 200km 14:45h arrival to mountain race 15:00h start of mountain race (2 turns based on evenness) 17:30h departure for GH Seppenbauer (all drivers) 20:00h Galadinner & Champagne night Sunday, Aug. 31st :45h all drivers will depart from GH Seppenbauer to ÖAMTC Gelände Mail 09:00h arrival ÖAMTC Gelände start speed challenge (2 turns time based) 12:15h departure to GH Seppenbauer (all drivers) 13:00h lunch at GH Seppenbauer 14:00h award ceremony 15:00h fare well of all participants Seite 2 von 5

3 2. Conditions of participation Solely Porsche cars are entitled to participate. You must not be a member of a Porsche Club to be entitled to participate. The event will be limited to 50 cars only. 3. Scope of services Detailed road book, timing, performance criteria, registration, awards, etc. are all included in the package. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, dinner buffet incl. drinks at GH Seppenbauer gala dinner & Champagne night at GH Seppenbauer lunch at GH Seppenbauer 2 x nights incl. breakfast at Gasthof Automuseum Seppenbauer or Metnitztalerhof. Hotel information: or Package Driver & Co-driver: Package Driver (only): 4. Fees 485,- incl. all services as per item 3. above. 395,- incl. all services as per item 3. above. Above fee have to be paid to the following account of PC Kärnten: IBAN: AT / BIC: RZKTAT2K404 with remark PTC 2014 The deadline to register is June 1st Register deadline Registration will be done on the principle first come first serve. Valid will be the receipt of money to the account of PC Kärnten. 4 6. Miscellaneous For this event you must have a valid toll sticker called österreichische Autobahnvignette. Modifications in respect to timing of the individual daily events will be subject to change by the organizer. Registrations may be cancelled without description of cause by the organizer. In such cases the participant will be informed immediately and in case of already paid registration fee, such fee will be returned to the participant immediately. Seite 4 von 5

Breach or violation of these regulations may result into elimination. Such elimination may be executed by the organizer at its sole discretion. In the occurance of an elimination the participant will not get any refund of already paid registery fees. (2) The undersigned hereby confirms with his signature that he/she will exempt and hold the organizer and its staff free from any claims for compensation damages or any other claims resulting out of his/her participation to this event. The undersigned hereby also confirms with his signature that he/she is fully responsible to adhere to all corresponding traffic regulations and local legislations and that his/her participation is made on her/his own decision. (3) The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with participation of the undersigned. The undersigned is responsible to make his/her own assessment of all risks in connection with the participation to this event. (5) The undersigned hereby confirms that (a) she/he has read the disclaimer, understands its content and has voluntarely signed the agreement, (b) she/he is older than 18 years, (c) is in possession of a valid driving license, (d) her/his car is in accordance with all legal traffice regulations, (e) agrees that during the event pictures, movies will be taken and that such pictures and movies will be made public by the organizer at its sole discretion.
